We ordered a couple of nice arrangements from here recently. They did a masterful job of selecting flowers for them. One was for 18 long-stem roses for pickup, and the other was delivered to our church. The florists were very nice. The arrangements were both quite pricey, but probably no more expensive than anywhere else. I’m sure we’ll use them again as needed.

Ordered a bouquet for mother's day, and as I live across the country I couldn't be there in person to select the arrangement. But the 'Goodness and Light' bouquet looked gorgeous on the website so I ordered it and paid to have it delivered. The bouquet my mom received looks nothing like the bouquet advertised online. The flowers were not cheap and honestly, the bouquets at Walmart look better than what my mom got.
Please use actual photos of the arrangements you make on your website so people know what they're really getting.

Friendly staff. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Lilies bloomed on the fifth day. Pictures are one week after delivery.

I ordered flowers yesterday for my daughter’s bday, to be delivered today! I got a notice they were delivered! They weren’t! My daughters husband was waiting on them all day.! You can’t even get anyone to answer your phone call at Ava’s it’s all automated & didn’t help at all. I paid over $100 for flowers my daughter didn’t get ! Very very poor service. Very disappointed! Oh and you have to pay a $30 service charge to be sure they’re handled with care during delivery. What a rip off! Order from anywhere but Ava’s or order at your own risk you didn’t deserve one star
