Unfortunately while the people are nice and it's easy to order, this isn't the first issue I've had with a delivery. They often get orders wrong, deliver on incorrect dates, and the actual flower arrangements often look nothing like the picture you order from. I ordered the birthday cake arrangement (picture and description say it's a cake shape with candles) to be delivered on my wife's birthday. Date on my invoice was correct, but it was delivered 7 days early. While early is usually good, it ruined the birthday surprise. Also the arrangement looked nothing like the picture or description. A little variation is ok but this is way off. It was just a mound of flower buds on a plate with no candles. Looked nothing like a cake. They have offered to deliver something of their choice for free on her actual birthday. Hopefully they do.

My first time purchasing at Tate’s and I was extremely impressed! I submitted an online order one day prior to delivery as a birthday surprise to the recipient. I accidentally sent the flower arrangement to the incorrect work address (there are two locations in the city). A very kind lady called me (instead of the recipient) to ask about the second location since her driver let her know that it was locked. I was just grateful they actually drove to the other location! They were able to deliver the arrangement and my recipient loved it! Great customer service. I will be recommending and purchasing in the future. Thank you!

Greet place to shop at for flowers , small plants, gifts... all the staff are great ... they have great prices and are always willing to work with you to make your gifts the way you envision... they practically treated me like family.. i mentioned the wife and i are expecting.. they made me promise to bring our babies by once they are here so they could meet them .. as if I could tell them no :) ..... p.s. my wife loved the gift and looks forward to keeping the promise...

We always used Tate's when I was a kid. My brother did deliveries for them during holidays. When I left Arkansas, I continued have them deliver flowers to friends and relatives for me. I'd call the shop and put in an order and they'd get it where it needed to go. This was the first time I'd done an order online, and they did it just as well as they always have. They delivered to north Ft. Smith, exactly when they said they would, and a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Tate's, and Carl--who gave me a call as soon as he delivered them. Excellent service and product.

DO NOT GET YOUR BRIDAL FLOWERS HERE! Although the price seems reasonable compared to other local shops in VB, it is NOT worth it! When I discussed my bridal flowers vision and color with Kimberly, I thought we were on the same page. I shared pictures of my color scheme and showed her an example of my bouquet as well. Long story short, the color she put was more of a magenta pink purple. I had specifically said more on the purple side and purple tint. It was so horrible and shocking picking up my flowers for my wedding which would happen the next day. I told her this color was too far off from the decorations I had and asked her to remove them and simply replace them with white ivory roses. She had light pink pearls and lace on my bouquet and my decoration color palette was heavier on the purple. She then proceeded to debate that she had the right color and when we compared there was an obvious difference. An hr later she called me to pick up my order and it was horrible! Very disappointing. She had put ugly ribbon on the bouquet and had taken the lace that matched my dress from my bouquet. I had to rearrange the bouquet. I had ordered a cascading bouquet and it was definitely cascading but layered horribly. There was more green than roses. The brides bouquets were very ugly as well! The boutonnières and cordages were ivory with greenery and the greenery was getting brown. The little roses were also getting brown. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR BRIDAL FLOWERS FROM HERE! You will be disappointed and pay a price that does not match the lack of quality of the product. I am posting so you do not have to feel the disappointment that I felt. The wedding floral arrangements are so important and TATE's will leave you with a mess. Be warned!

I ordered a bouquet for my wife while she was visiting her mother, the flowers were beautifully arranged and she said they filled the whole house with the smell of lily's. The delivery was quick and she got them early in the day, which I was happy to hear considering I had only just placed the order the day before, I am so appreciative of their being available to surprise her with flowers for our anniversary! I also got updates on delivery through text which I thought was a great feature. I would highly recommend for your flower needs.

Very pretty arrangements. Went in and had a hard time deciding what we should get in our price range. The staff was nice but not as helpful as they should of been.
