“Good prices and food is delicious, they have the fish Friday were u get fish hush puppies fries and coleslaw, and it is a bag for your buck. I love to go to sonic but this place you can get so much more for your money. I have ate hamburgers, the fish dinner I was talking about, French fries and tater wedges, and all of that was the best. Also they main thing about going to a gas station is getting gas and there prices all ways beat the others around there, also have never got bad gas or water in the gas. The staff are very friendly. Also one guys that works in there looks like Sheldon from The Big Bang Theor. Also there is a dining area and there's all ways friendly people sitting in here visiting and eating.”

“It is clean... workers all would smile, but one. Thought maybe she needed a hug, or maybe someone that just needed someone to talk to who would just listen, not trying to "fix" her. Someday, I'll get that loyalty card!”

“I really like Shell. But, the shell on 65/45 site seems to have angry employees. But, we all have those days, and I pray that it was a once incident. I had to apologize to an employee for getting upset when the guy at the register started yelling at me because I couldn't remember the pack of cigarettes that I was buying for my boy. I wasn't smoking at that time. I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma just about an hour before I went there. I was in devastation mode. Fight or flight. Maybe I was somewhat in a mood, and I might have snapped back when he yelled at me. Anyway, they're a great place. Just be professional if they give attitude. They don't like to chit-chat. I actually feel like when I go there, there's static in the air. They never once apologized to me. I won't be going here for a while. Actually, I think I, the customer, should give me an apology. Then, maybe I will reconsider my review. I know there are folks that are regulars. I left that store with anxiety and them not understanding me for my "mind crash." Update. I do realize that it might have been me overreacting due to some issues of my own. I have always had a good experience with this shell station. I just wasn't myself that day, and I probably confused the clerk. He didn't do anything wrong, but he put up with a devastated man, which made him frustrated. I'm old. Maybe I was there on automatic. I probably shouldn't have been driving. Not because of illicit drugs but just for the Dr's little services. My apologies to Shell Corp. and anyone involved. Please, find it to meet me halfway. Shell has been my family gas store from as far back as I can remember. But, I also realize that you can't read minds. Nobody can. So you really don't know what they're thinking. You can read people, but for me, I'm about 12% wrong. This well could be part of my 12% ? I'm coming back, I hope to.I used to buy shell even if it was higher, because I trusted them. Growing up. Shell service. Different time, seems somewhat right up there with the other chains. It seems to (in most places) be more forced. I understand the duties of the job. I worked in a gas/deli store for a couple of years in NY. But for me, it was the customers that came in that I was to be courteous, understanding, and let the customer be the customer. If a customer leaves without what he wanted and we had it buy, I didn't take in the consideration of the customer that might have lost his mom, dad, pet, etc, etc. I had to wear a few hats. I learned to use compassion when dealing with an already messed up life that walks through the door. I sincerely apologize. To be honest, I'd probably be embarrassed to see that film. ? But, no photos or recordings are on my phone. Good people. I felt bad that I made the guy wearing the hat upset. That really still bugs me to remember with him, and his arm stretched out, yelling, "Out! Get out of my store!" I felt comfortable with him. Then, I couldn't remember what cigarettes to buy, I haven't smoked in 30 years. I had a hard time speaking. He got frustrated, and as I write this now, he might even had a right to be. The only reason that I remember this was that it was a "look-back" of my reviews. I found this. I would delete it if I can. Peace-out”

“Outstanding owners and staff, excellent food, they have just about everything here including hats, and even Norton’s country store trucker hats, and others. A blessing to have a place like this. Definitely worth the 5 stars.”

“Nice place to stop for a break. Stretch your legs, get something to drink, maybe a snack. They're also very nice about letting you heat up a bottle if you're traveling with a baby.”

“I went here this morning, and there were 3 ladies working. As soon as I entered, I was welcomed with a happy morning greeting. First time here, but I didn't know how much they have here. All snacks, sandwiches, and almost anything you need to recharge or get your lottery. The ladies here in the am are great at customer service and can multi-task without making me feel ignored. Gas was $2.89 when I filled my tank. I left here feeling good. When good people treat you more than a customer, it really is nice to be in the presence of good workers with a great sense of humor. I will go here again even if the gas prices rise.”

“I was helped by Miss Caitlyn tonight. She works in different stores in the area, but always a welcoming smile and terrific customer service. I know I will be taken care of and the store is clean when she's behind the counter.”

“In an angry and crazy world, it's always such a surprise - a very special one, might I add - to find someone with heart and kindness and goes beyond just what is required. I found a lovely heart in this Casey's yesterday. Sweet Shayna in the deli department is who I refer to. I will visit this store again because of her. She gets the 5 stars, a thumbs up ?, a smiley face ? and she deserves a raise!! Thank you, precious lady!”

“I was camping near by for the weekend. On my way home I stopped off at the Shell for a drink. The clerk was super nice and struck up a quick conversation about how my weekend was. I would stop here again if I'm in town.”
