Workers are friendly, had radiator changed charged me $120 more than the quoted amount. Didn’t put any of the plugs back in so bumper and grill was barely holding on. The bottom was all hanging down they only put two bolts to hold the bottom on. Then the AC quite blowing cold after I left so I thought they had to remove the condenser so Freon prolly leaked out. Had it charged and that all leaked out the next day. Had mechanic friend look at it and the bolts holding the metal hoses on was able to remove by hand so the rings wasn’t sealing off. Got that tighten charged Freon again and all is good with AC now. Added 9 plastic plugs and few more bolts to get it back to where it needed to be.

I paid 300 in labor and bought the part for them to fix an oil leak, because they were the ones that did my oil change. The oil leak wasn't fixed for the reason they said and it took an $8 plug to fix. When I picked my car up 4hrs later the check engine light was on and the owner Junior said he had to order part they messed up and wouldn't be in for 2 days but my car would be okay to drive. My car was stalling more and more in the 2 days and when the day come to fix he gave me the run around all day before he said the next day, Friday it would be in. I couldn't reach him all day so I took my car up to shop because it wasn't safe to drive it had gotten so bad. When I got there he again told me the part would be in the next day and it would be okay to leave overnight. The next day comes and I was unable to reach him and my car with key was locked in shop all weekend, with no response from him after many calls on to his cell phone. After reaching out to his son he still did not return my calls. Monday comes and he says it will be Tuesday then he says he broke another part and it will be Wednesday. Wednesday came and he had an employee call to tell me my car was ready. He was not there when I picked my car up and the engine light is still on along with a flat tire from a screw. He is very unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least. I have reached out to a lawyer to see what my options are at this point. He could careless about his customers obviously!

Had my father's van towed to this place on 07/05/2022 and was told that it was a thermostat and it would be fix by Friday 07/07/2022, after paying $60 for that had to take it back said it would that it was now the water pump and it would be fix on Saturday and for us to call to find out for sure. My dad calls on Saturday and didn't get a answer, so he had to wait until Monday 07/11/2022 to call and we told that he was bleeding the water pump, I NEVER heard that a water pump need bleeding, and it would just be a few hours more. My nephew went by to see if it was finish only to be told that it would be fix the first thing today in the morning. Well my dad called again this morning to see if it was fixed only to be told to come and get the van because my wasn't giving them enough time to fix the van. So if you want you vehicle fixed DON'T GO TO HAROLD ADAMS LUBE & REPAIR.

My dad went in for a pipe to be welded on his truck because it had broke. The truck was super quiet when it went in. When it came out of his shop he had cut ALL 4 catilitic converters off and refused to give them back they are each worth $100 a peice and two of them didn’t even have a problem. He took parts off that wasn’t asked to be taken off and I do not recommend his service no longer if u want to keep parts on your vehicle.
