I have been purchasing tires, rims, and other accessories from Texas Tires since 2018. Mostly in the DFW area. Recently moved to Texarkana and needed a slow leak repaired. As expected, Texas Tires 28 on State Line Avenue was OUTSTANDING! Jordyn and Shaena stepped up and got me back on the road in a jiffy. Excellent customer service by these two remarkable ladies. Any prospective customers should have no worries about the warranty on Texas Tires products sold. Quite an honorable outfit. Will continue doing business with these folks and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely TRASH! Installed a wheel spacer for my new wheels, wrong one. Wheels bound up and couldn't drive. Installed more wheel spacer, still not enough. Charged me $550 for a $35 Rough Country lift on the front. Left with front tires still rubbing. Went to an actual shop that pointed out that I did not get the actual kit I was supposed to have gotten. Returned, and the skinny man who runs the shop told me that was because there is a $550 minimum to any lifting work. Wouldn't give me the rest of the kit until I pointed out that the $550 was specifically listed as a "Parts Cost" on my receipt. At that point the heavier guy who had witnessed the entire interaction actually made the decision to okay me getting the rest of the kit. Only use this business as a last resort if you are bored and curious about what it feels like to get robbed.

Went for tire repair. NAIL IN TIRE. Man tried to convince me to buy a whole new set. Man claimed my tires were bad. Took to another tire shop where I was informed that I had plenty of tread! I should have known better because my tires were not even a year old. I will never go back over there just to get tricked into buying a brand new set.

Horrible customer service the next day after he put my lift on my cv axle that they took out to put on the lift kit I bought from them sprayed grease everywhere missing cotter pins in the lift . They sold me a rim that that only allowed two threads for the lug nut to go on and I drove 300 miles on it this way . Very unsafe . Corporate sent me to the Texas tire in Longview way better service not false promises and the tech knows what he is doing . Josh costed me money and time and he still hasn’t given me a call or back or a txt . I have pictures .

I needed front tires on my Durango!! Service was awesome!! Salesman was super friendly, and the mechanic had my tires on fast!! It's been a few weeks and no problems!! Price is reasonable! If you haven't Check this gem out! They have remarkable Rims and a Great Vibe!
