Avoid this place, total rip offs, charged us just for alternator and belt $964.19 just for parts. 1 star for getting there fast and mechanic knew what he was doing, but $2053.53 for 3 hour call to call, middle of the day ( not after hours ) job does not feel fair at all.....

This is without a doubt the rudest place to stop in the Great state of Texas. There was an old man who I don’t even think works there just a regular probably drinking coffee who thinks he owns the interstate and started cussing soon as i pulled on the lot. Will never be back again.

This shop is good, but not in Charging. Totally BULLSHIT. Only for the Jump start they charged 407.00. It is not fair enough. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Mechanics are not professionals eathier, they always forget their stuffs.

I was broken down in the service bay at the pilot next door with an oversized load and Gavin and Nathan the driver did a fine job of towing my tractor trailer and navigating the tight turns.
Thanks guys for being reasonably priced, fast, safe and efficient

Had a radiator leak. Showed up first thing in the morning and they took me in right away. Was out of there in just a few hours. No long wait and fast service. Can't get better than that.

Jeers to Atlanta PD and Red River Wrecker Service. My husband delivers DME equipment for hospice companies in the area. He was out on a delivery after hours to service a concentrator and walked outside to his truck being towed. When he asked the officer Greg Restelle about why he was being towed he was told that he was in a no parking zone. My husband asked about the sign and was told that the sign had been run over and not been replaced. When my husband asked how he was supposed to know that the officer then told him that in addition to that he was 3 feet away from the curb. My husband drives a huge commercial vehicle because he delivers medical equipment to people around the NE Texas area and some of Arkansas. So my husband asked why no one knocked on the door and he was told that they did (later my husband found out that's a lie). I called the police department to explain and the dispatcher Skylar was incredibly rude so I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me that the "supervisor" was at the football game. I tried to explain that my husband delivers medical equipment to hospice patients and if he gets a stat order while trying to work this out people could die. He was not trying to hear that and told me that he's lucky they didn't write him a citation. I told him that at this point we would rather that then risk people potentially dying. The officer ignored that and then told me that he would have an officer meet my husband out in front of city hall. The towing company told my husband that it would it be over $800 for the drop fee on releasing the truck. I called the towing company to try and work something out and they told me someone would call me back in 10-15 mins. Here we are over 2 hours later and I have yet to hear back from them. When my husband spoke to the company and explained the issue they basically told him too bad so sad. When I arrived at the scene the tow company was still there with my husband and a different officer. I took pictures of where my husband was parked and where there was no sign posted. It was then that my husband informed me that the officer hasn't knocked on all the doors because "they didn't know" someone who was on hospice was living in the house that he was at. The officer on the scene showed me the pictures of where my husband's truck was parked and how far it was from the curb and honestly he was away from the curb BUT it's not like he was even close to being parked in the middle of the street. My husband's company ultimately paid the drop fee and he was able to continue his orders. I think it's horrible that APD and Red River Wrecker Services don't care about the lives of people. There have been plenty of nights that my husband hops out of bed at 2/3 in the morning to deliver suctions to someone dying so they don't choke to death while they transition or oxygen to someone who may only have days to live. I told the officer and the dispatcher if he was in our personal vehicle then I could understand or if he was a delivery driver for a regular company then it would be his own fault but these 2 hours he spent trying to get this handled could have been the deciding factor between life and death. There is no reason at all that the police department or the tow company couldn't make the decision to drop this but I guess the money was too much to pass up. This was an honest mistake made by a DME driver who has already worked 60 hours this week (and the weekend isn't over) making sure hospice patients have what they need during their transition time. Maybe Atlanta PD should consider putting their sign back up so this mistake won't happen to anyone else. Oh and if you are wondering why he's in a Penske truck it's because their area is so large and they carry so much equipment that they need the space which the officers would have known had they just asked. Also the reason he parked where he parked was because the incline at the patient's house was too steep for him to get up.
