Worse Experience Ever This Man Only Cares About Getting Your Money Rather Then Fixing The Problem You Came In For …. He Charges You New Part Prices But Uses Old Parts He Get Out The Junk Yard I Wouldn’t Recommend Anyone To Him Unless You Like Throwing Away Money For Free
Took A Vehicle In For A New Engine Swap Cool He Swapped The Engines But Never Took The Time To Check The Engine Out or Anything Didn’t Add Any Fluids Back Into The New Broke The ECU so the car wouldn’t start cause he knew he put a bad engine in the car now the dealership is refusing to fix the car cause he messed it up..

Absolutely under no circumstances take your vehicle here!!! They are crooked as they come, they will put used parts on your vehicle and charge you full price, they never actually fix anything only make it worse this is the worst mechanic shop in town take it anywhere but here save yourself the hassle they do not know how to fix cars!!!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. But had to so I can leave a comment. They are horrible. And will take money from you. Just look on facebook for more proof I do not recommend them at all!

Not an honest place. I called to get a quote on coolant flush, I was told 100 bucks. OK, I decided to get it done. I took my car there, and the guy said, "Wait and pay after job is done; no problem. They called me and told me other things that were wrong that I already knew about. Then he told me the coolant flush was $221 now. That was not what you told me, and he says I was quoted without labor. Bad business, why would you give a low ball quote. I will not be going back. I don't recommend either

Spent over $1000.00 in past 24 hours , that might not have been necessary if the front end alignment had been done in December when the lower control control arms were replaced. Other than that, I have been well pleased with EN Auto clinic.

Overall EN Auto Clinic in Texarkana TX did a good job and they are very experienced. My one complaint is: I had an appointment to bring in my car at 9 AM. Imagine my disappointment when I came to pick it up at 3 PM and it hadn’t even been looked at. I asked why and they said problems had come up and they might not get to it that day. I said but my appointment was for 9AM and I would have a very hard time bringing it back another day. Also, why didn’t you call me about the “problems” that had come up? (They did have time to go down the street and pick up Frosties for everyone that worked there.) Because my daughter dropped me off, I told them I would wait. After 3 hours, they finally finished my car repair. I was the last customer to leave at 6 PM. I probably will take my car back for minor repairs but I’ll make sure they clearly understand how appointment times should work.
