Picked up tires didn't realize until I shut my doors that when I deliver it'll b hand unloaded. Ugh! Which was hand loaded.

Hr called me at 3:08 pm yesterday , Wednesday (09/06/2023,I was headed into work ,she said she would call back at 9am the following day and I called and she acted of as if she never called but I recognized her voice . She then sent me a email saying they found a different candidate ,very unprofessional in my opinion.

Please call security before entering to warehouse otherwise they will send back outside to call them.if you have live load then it take while 4-5 hours because they load on floor.

Appt for 0900. Arrived the night before and parked on the load out front. Sign with numbers to call. Make sure you at the right location. Other location is 3535 Genoa rd. It’s 2.4 miles away. Arrived here at 0830. Checked in at guard shack and got a door right away. Back in and go inside to give paperwork. Unloaded at 0925

They would of gotten a 5 star but security guy doesn't know anything. He sent me to another warehouse 3 miles away. Came back still didn't know anything sent me into the plant to a warehouse. The lady security guard that chased me down very helpful. Got into a dock and unloaded. Do something about the young man at the security guard shack. He's to worried about his phone and not his job.

In my experience staff is good. But complicated to call before check in, one guy loading tiers , inside trailer manually and another guy give tires him by lift pump . Only two guys loading trailer waiting for 3 hours now when I ask when it will complete they answered me may be hour and half more. Waste of time. Not sure overnight parking.

Been here since 5:30 yesterday. It’s now 11:30am and I didn’t get into a door until 14 hours after I got here. I arrived 1.5 hr before my 7pm appointment time. The security staff told me that I had the wrong pickup number which was right. Be prepared for bad attitudes from the morning security staff. All the other staff are very friendly/helpful. Had the security staff done there job properly I would be 300plus miles down the road closer to home.

I was delivering a load from another cooper tire.Everything was fine until thay finished unloading.They left a skid all broken up and pieces of wood all over. I didn't leave until I cleaned it up.

The best part of being a truck driver? Making over $80k a year, travelling the country seeing new things, meeting new people and knowing there are some truly cranky asshats working in security guard shacks, making in a month what i make in a week and thinking their power trip of being able to turn me away for saying they should have more signs telling drivers what they want them to do. Stew on it you cranky woman.
