Service needs to communicate with parts department. Also they took a whole day to send estimate . Truck down 3 days . For an easy fix I get there is other trucks in line. But we all need attention and communication. How ever they did finish the job . At the last mins. Of day. I would not take a truck or go back sad . An true .driver so un patient do to there slack. Someone need to over see this dealer ship. To do better . Poor management

I delivered a truck to Artex and Larry the porter went above and beyond to get me to where I needed to go to get out of Texarkana. This service was above Stella and I would definitely come back a thousand times this is service with a smile

This place is great, starting with great communication all the way to diagnostics and repairs.Our truck had a problem and they run diagnostics the same day and took care of it within a day.Repairs were under the warranty too and they even gave our driver a ride to hotel and back.Highly recommended if you're in the area.Thanks for everything one more time Leslie, Rick and Ty!

Very attentive and helpful service. My school bought its first bus this month (from a third party) and everyone at Artex was extremely helpful with the inspection and completing $5K in necessary repairs/maintenance. Rick in particular was great to work with and I very much appreciate his help to make sure the bus can be safely driven with children in it. The Artex team made it easy for us to feel confident with our bus purchase and I would recommend them to for all your service needs. Thank you.
