The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. A coupon we used for a prescription crashes their system. They patiently worked with us to get the coupon to work. This pharmacy treats the customers like they are valued.

The general store staff at this Walgreens are great. I would give them 4 or 5 starts if it was just them. They have always been nice and courteous to me. It's the pharmacy staff that have always been cold and mean. At other pharmacies they ask you if you have questions about your medication but here they didn't ask me and then get annoyed when I do. If you need a pharmacy go somewhere else.

This is by far the most unprofessional! Rude worst customer service I have ever experienced. The pharmacy gave me the wrong prescription 2 times! Was charged for a pill that caused me a to get sick. That I didn't even ask for then the second time was given a capsule inside of a pill that I asked for. Was told by the pharmacists Britney that they had new staff! That it was my fault and she was contacting my doctor so I would no longer fill there again ! Because they made a mistake! I gave them my information 2 ti.es to the tech and still he got it wrong. She keep my medication saying if I was complaining about it she was disposing of it!After using the same pharmacy with no problem was told this. I had been waiting for about 30 min to get my medicine was told to go inside because I washolding there line up Will be calling home office

I went to pick up prescriptions after work on December 31, 2021 @ 5:30pm, and even though their posted signage said they would be open until 7:00, I found their pharmacy was closed early and I'm without my medication throughout the weekend. I'm thankful it isn't life threating medication. I'm seriously considering switching to CVS or Walmart. Rating due to this incident is a negative 2. ???

The doctor called my prescription to a completely different pharmacy company. I had them call it in to here and when I returned, the pharmacist had my prescription in her hand when I walked up to the counter. Thank you for the great customer service, Brittany Gassaway!

After constant issues with Neighborhood Market pharmacy across the street, I decided to try this pharmacy. Tired of dealing with these snails now. Yesterday was the last straw. They have always been slow and not very courteous. This was my experience yesterday. Prescriptions were called in at 4pm. Went to pick it up at 5:30. Was told they would be ready at 7. Showed up at 7, like we were told to do, only to find out pharmacy hours are 9-7. So the Pharmacy was closed. Finally received a notification at 10am the next day that medications were ready. I'm tired of being treated like livestock by this pharmacy. Will be giving CVS a try instead, although it is several miles out of my way. Update: Showed up to pick up medications only to find out that two out of three were not even filled. Something about insurance not covering them, so the pharmacist sent them back. 48 hours later, still no medications. Last time I will be using Walgreens pharmacy. This is absolutely ridiculous.can't treat symptoms without the medication, wasn't even given an option to pay out of pocket. Only option this pharmacy left me is the Emergency Room to address any symptoms. Last place I want to be in this Era of Covid.

Blatantly picking and choosing who gets the prescription filled at 28 days and 30 days I know this because I have field my daughter's prescription at 28 days but they won't allow mine for 30 days but when they found out that we was in the same household and we knew each other because I called them out on the situation they switched hers to 30 days and done my boyfriend the same after being called out on it as well. I think that's being a little discriminate. Knowingly and allowing people to run out their medications pretty wrong you're supposed to be there for the community and the patients!!!!
