I've had good experiences with buying firearms, accessories, and ammunition from this business. I also always use them as my FFL when I order something online. I enjoy looking at the cool stuff they have in stock while I shop. I've had good conversations with staff and they've on occasion given me free mags when I purchase a firearm. I would absolutely recommend this place to all my friends.

I've bought several firearms from them over the years until my last visit there in 2023. I have to agree with the previous reviews about their horrible customer service and overall attitude (that's been the case for a long time in my experience), but my reason to never spend another penny with them was based on my request to do some trading. I brought 5 items in for trade, all name brand, all in great condition, one of which being a Colt AR. They offered me $800 for the lot. I explained to them that their offer was insulting at best and it gave me the distinct impression they simply don't want my business at all. I was attempting to buy a $2500 pistol. So fwiw, i do not recommend shopping here if you like customer service, or expect any measure of consideration toward your trades. I understand they have to make money, but when you offer less than a pawn shop, somethings wrong there. just my 2 cents and I make it a point to tell that story to everyone I know looking for a firearm.

Very poor experience was accused of smelling like marijuana and told maybe today wasn't a good day to come basically said I was lying when I said it wasn't me and proceeded to have a attitude I didn't feel welcome at all the one employee then began to walk around talking about me and my friend I brought overall I will never go back in there and felt disrespected and unwelcome

Haven't been in here in a few years due to rude employees and terrible customer service. The only reason for 2 stars is because they do have some hard to find parts, especially magazines. I was the only one in the store and nobody could be bothered to ask what I was looking for so I found it myself. Then the young Asian kid who conducted the transaction actually grunted at me instead like he was too inconvenienced to actually say "thank you" or "come back again" or even "bye". Now that I have no more obscure equipment in my collection, I won't need to spend any more money here.

Have been in this store 2 times and both were terrible..... First time was getting a lay of the land in NWA as I was new to the area. Couldn't receive any assistance even though there were no other customers in the store. 2nd time I though I would go back and have better luck. Nope, no one could be bothered to help me. Typical "better than thou" attitude from gun shops where they seem to judge you right when you walk through the door. Sad because I am prior service Army, avid shooter and have bought/transferred many items since moving to this area.Prices here are also ridiculous but that is not uncommon for shops to gouge.

Terrible gun store staff is very lazy. there was one other customer in the store and still waited 10 minutes for someone to help me before I finally went and got someone myself After the person came to help me me and my brother were kicked out of the store because my brother told them he was buying the gun for me as a 23rd birthday gift I will not be returning to the store and encourage anyone thinking about shopping here to reconsider this company does not support our 2nd amendment

When I was looking for a conceal and carry size 9MM, the salesmen were very knowledgable and exceptionally helpful. They ordered and secured the weapon for me. I appreciated their professionalism.

Excellent selection, cheap coffee, and cool dudes. They can sell and transfer NFA items here, and have a lot of uncommon inventory that other places don't carry. OA has been around forever too, so it's always great supporting a local small business. Great spot to shop.

i've been here a few times over the years. They were the first shop i bought my first fire arm actually. Always helpful, easy going. They've got a pretty big selection. Prices on some things are higher than other places though. Overall good place & good people. Not sure why so much negative comments.

I have gotten good help when I need it here and the last thing I bought, they really went above and beyond in letting me examine it in detail. Lots of used guns in and out so its always worth a look to see whats new. Good selection, nice shop. It's where I usually buy.

Would recommend and would/will buy from them again.I had an ideal experience with Ozark Armory. The clerk who helped me, Jordan, was both knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection and competitive prices. The other staff where also very friendly. I will highly recommend them to friends and family.
