Having been a Metro pcs customer for several year I went to this location today to ask a technical question. The young woman I asked said she didn't know, went to another office and simply left me standing there unattended. I will not go to this location again.

When you Google them it says they close at 8pm at this location, so I drove nearly an hour, & they actually close at 7pm. Bad business to not keep info current

No line, not even another customer came in while time in store, still took like an hour. Most non pushy will take no for answer saleswoman aswell.. showed the cheaper phones first, you always start with the high end pricey merchandise first.. duh

I have been with MetroPCS for about 7 years I have always been loyal and respectful but today is April 1st the governor of Arkansas lifted our masked mandate a few days ago and we went to Metro PCS today to upgrade our phones and the first one on sunset we went to even though it was just me and my girlfriend that was the only ones in the building they forced me to put on a mask I was fine with that I told them that I would put one on but it was no longer mandated but the phone we wanted was at the store up the road so we went to the other location and they told me the same thing if I wanted to come in the store I needed a mask but they had no masks to give me and made me leave the store if you're going to require masks then you need to have them on hand anyways even though it was only me and my girlfriend in the store which was plenty of room for social distancing if there would have been other people in the store or not enough room for social distancing then maybe I could see the fuss I'm sick and tired of this mask mandated bull MetroPCS lost a few hundred dollars today with upgrades while stepping on my rights highly unsatisfied today I'm no longer going to continue to be one of your mask wearing sheep. Today is 4/15/21 I have left my contacts info as requested and over a week later still no call

Worst service ever! The guy with the glasses and neck tattoo should be forced onto a new line of work cause he has NO customer service skills. I have been to this location multiple times and he is the WORST!!!
