I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. I worked for them, but before I worked for them, I was a customer. When I was a customer, they always treated their customers with the utmost respect. When I was an employee I was also treated with the most respect. Unfortunately I could no longer keep my job due to my son's illness but it's nice to have a company that actually actually understands and doesn't make you feel less than. I want to make sure everyone understands that Stephanie The manager at the Springdale location is truly an exceptional woman, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. Also the boss over us, his name is Austin, you couldn't ask for a more honest and truly a wonderful boss. I definitely will miss this company, but maybe when things in my life settle down and my baby gets better if the grace of the Lord gives him that. I just want you all to know everyone,Dan thank you because you are just one of the best of the best brother and I thank you for all your patience kindness thoughtfulness and just being the boss you are as well

Stephanie and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Offered fair prices for my items. Definitely will do business with them in the future.

Once you establish good business, you can come here to get the help you need. Quick and easy. It is a pawn shop. They will win. It's their business. So if you keep it small and simple, good business when needed.

For customer service, seems they've been jaded from dealing with the less reputable folks they likely have to deal with a lot. I understand it sucks but if you can't handle the clientele you work with with respect find another job

please dont go to this pawn shop they offer you money based on ebay things that cost 250$ like the new latest airpods they want to give you 40$ or less they are the worst pawn shop ive been including the most arrogant employees you can deal with hope they go out of bussiness

I've been homeless since April because of these people. They're human resources absolutely refuses to give me my check. My home burned down Christmas and they done nothing but be extremely difficult and lecturing me about my own check instead of giving it to me tell me that it's not their problem that I'm starving out in the streets

I was told the value of my items and when I came in they told me a completely different number and made me just go there for no reason. I would recommend to never go here.

I took 70 oz of .999 pure silver into this place to sell they offered me $7 announce the going rate for silver that day was $23 my opinion total rip-off beware and if the person was at the counter wasn't so rude I wouldn't be making this comment.

Why is it that I call you and say I have coil overs for a car to sell and you say bring them in and y'all want them but yet when I get there I get told "no we don't take automotive parts and we don't want these"? They are brand new and you wasted my time and gas, y'all are pathetic for a pawn shop??????

Live going here, the people are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have what you are looking for they will call another location for you to see if the can find it.

This place is great everyone there is always nice yesterday I got help from Viviana and she had such great attitude definitely the best pawn shop I have ever been in.
