“Overall a decent experience. I wouldn't say the person who helped me was friendly but I wouldn't say she was rude either. They were pretty busy and she was just trying to do her job as quickly as possible. She got me in and had all my blood drawn pain free within minutes. It also didn't seem like anything was unsanitary.The only thing I would say is don't bother checking in online. That whole process seems flawed because we received texts and then by the time we got up to the 7th floor we had to let them know again as we saw other people that checked in after us, being helped before us. We only had to wait an extra 10-15 mins but I would recommend checking in with the kiosk.”
“The directions are correct to get to this location. Quest does not have a large outside sign to confirm the location inside Springhill medical plaza. Just follow signs to the medical plaza. The main floor is level 2, take the elevator to level 1 and the office is to the left.”
