Met Zack at Riser Harness Ford and when I tell you he did the job, He did it great. He went over and beyond in assisting me to find a quality vehicle where I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for monthly payments. I Love these guys. I bought a 2019 Ford Fusion from them in 2019 and every time I take it in for it to be serviced they are all so nice and very thorough and make me feel at home (so to speak). They worked with me from day one and continue to do so. I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a new or used car and of course I've always been a Ford Girl and will be till I die.

My husband and I worked with Maverick to purchase our new vehicle. When we didn’t see what we were looking for on the lot, he worked to bring in one with the features we were interested in. I found the truck I was looking for here with everything I was wanting in it. I was on vacation hours away when we started talking about details and they had me ready to go and truck reserved before I was even able to come back home from vacation. They were so helpful with the whole process. Every person I had the pleasure of speaking to was very nice. I can say without a doubt this was the nicest dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. I appreciate all of y’all so much. And y’all’s advice on lunch afterward was on point.

Made an appointment to get my Ranger serviced and added an accessory to it when they were doing it. Had the truck in and out within the hour. Very pleased with their service dept. Will use again.

Happy with the annual service done to our car. Scheduling online was quick and simple. Service manager checked me in quickly and notified me promptly when it was ready for me to pick up.

They completed the task of programming an extra key for my vehicle in which they quoted $60 for the work. Once work is performed and I paid for the bill, they charged and extra $6 for shop supplies (for programming a key?). The shop manager (I’m assuming that is what he was) told me that everyone charges for that. If that is the case, state that when the quote is given. I hate when they say one thing and charge more AFTER the work is performed. This might be the current business model, but still doesn’t mean that is the correct way of doing business. Don’t do what ‘everyone else’ does; be different, be honest. I will remember this transaction for future sales/services, and will probably deter me from them next time.
