Took them over 10 days to get a card sent. That’s over 1/3 of the month we didn’t have access to our money due to a “breach” from a merchant from Google. Instead of expediting the card we were unable to use our money due to the inadequacy for this bank. They are anything but a convenience.

Very helpful. My bank is located in Texas due to the military and them being a cousin branch saved me a lot of trouble
