Shady practices at this location. Avoid this location at all costs. First of all. "Set Up and Go" robs you of 30 dollars. They sell it as a metric. Their staff sells it dishonestly, their management pushes the staff to do it dishonestly.The management staff is clueless and are puppets for higher up initiatives. They lie actively allow sales people on the floor to not be transparent. They have quoting tools and don't use them to try and deceive the customer. Oh...and you should hear the way they talk about the customers behind closed doors.They hate you. And the service has gone down the tubes, prices went up and signal has gotten worse.The staff is untrained and actively doesn't want to learn their craft.Trash people. Trash organization. Look for other carriers.

Scumbag management. Scumbag employees. Avoid this location at all costs. This location is filled with people who actively hate their customer base and lie, (with district manager approval), to get sales. The staff is given metrics to hit on EVERYTHING. And are instructed to deceive the customers by Lindsay Nicholson to try and meet unrealistic asks. They add perks and force set up and go's on customers to bilk more money out of your pockets for Verizon's bottom line. If you don't buy anything else, they treat you like crap. They also complain about every single customer behind closed doors. They hate you, and they hate their jobs. "Management", hides in the back of store to avoid dealing with the customers and belittle you. The staff is untrained and checked out and misquotes non stop. Raymond, is an old uneducated fool, who is as disrespectful to customers as I've ever encountered. If you try and shop at the location in the last half hour? They do everything in their power to get you to purchase online and will lie to try and get people out the door to not have to stay past hours. They will actively stop people at the door and keep them from coming in, in some instances. District manager is aware and does nothing to stop it. Not to mention Verizon's service has gone down the tubes in recent years.

My parents switched over from metro pcs a few months ago, they have been nothing but helpful!Specifically Josh, he was suuuper nice! I remember going in before with my husband and he helped him out- he will tell you the truth and will give you great service! I had to come in yesterday bc my phone wasn’t working and he hooked me up with a great deal, got it all fixed. When I came in today to drop my old one off, he was so nice and patient when the phone started glitching! Even tho the issue wasn’t resolved until a few minutes after close, he didn’t act like he was in a hurry or anything, he just made sure I was taken care of. Phenomenal customer service. I had others help me as well but he was the star employee- I just really appreciate everyone there

Misleading information. Their plans posted in store are posted at the price of 65$ and 80$, however they do not disclose that this is with autopay. I looked at my bill and it's 10$ more without autopay and I was not informed this what so ever. Very unhappy and I just set up my new service.

Worst shady customer service. I went in to ask the rep a question and he pulled up my account. He then changed me to a new plan, added 3 new services that I didn’t ask for. I told him I didn’t want the plan and he said there was nothing I could do about it. That I’m on the new plan now and it’s the exact same as before. I’m charged $50 more now for the same exact service. I can’t get verizon to switch me back. I would avoid this place as much as possible.

Came in to see about upgrading to a new phone since mine was water damaged and I’m eligible for upgrade anyway. I get that it was a Sunday and she must’ve not wanted to work but being a sales rep I would assume you would be willing to make a sale. The lady told me I could buy a new iPhone 14 pro max I declined and asked if I could purchase a less expensive phone then she proceeded to tell me she didn’t know what to tell me other to put my phone in a bag of rice. As I was leaving I heard the lady sigh and say “oh my god” as if I was a bother to her. My phone bill is outrageous, I have zero internet 50 percent of the time and customer service sucks. I took my phone to get it fixed since lady at Verizon refused to sell my anything other than the newest, most expensive phone of them all. Guaranteed my next phone won’t be through Verizon. I pay the company more then enough to be treated with a little more respect than what I was given

Been without service for about 6 months. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Verizon said I would have to pay over $2000 to get out of my contract that doesn't provide service. This company is a joke. I highly recommend at&t

Great store, have been going to them for several years and had a great experience upgrading/tradingin my old phone for a new one this week. Plenty of parking and quick in and out no long wait.
