Made me go out and by my own packing materials; moving blankets, plastic wrap, and straps. I was told that would all be provided by they said “since you’re out shopping you should get it”
Even after we bought all the materials for them, they left several fragile items (wood furniture, grill, etc) unprotected, so I’m very nervous on what state my belonging will be when I receive them, as there was noticeable damage on several items they packed already. They left the grill with the propane attached and the knobs turned on, we’re lucky they didn’t start a fire. We removed the propane ourselves..
They packed several things we asked them to keep out and we had to go searching for those items.
Made us take apart and move several items. They didn’t even pack everything we asked them to pack. The next day we had to unpack half the POD to rearrange and fit the remaining items they did not pack. They swore profanities at each other the whole time which I found really inappropriate.
When they used the restroom, they missed the toilet.
At the end, one mover was smoking and said “we accept tips” after they sent us out and made us buy all that packing material. Obviously we gave them a tip, but it’s so disrespectful to say that.
I would not recommend this company to anyone I know, I have been actively telling people to avoid them.

They milk the clock and are unprofessional. My furniture was damaged because it was not tied down. They couldn't get my refrigerator out but my friends were able to. They left before everything was loaded and returned at 8:30 at night. I complained and requested a different crew but was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee. They told their boss it took longer because there was a piano not listed. They did not move the piano. They were scheduled to unload me two days latter and never showed up or returned calls. I took a day off work and will be sleeping in a hotel until a replacement crew can be found. These guys are bad news.

If you plan on moving make sure you have a friend to sit outside and watch the movers.They stole my table and who knows what else .I called and complained to the owner who proceeded to tell me they did not steal my table.The table was in the POD when I was their helping to unload it and the table was not in the uhaul when i got home.THEY STOLE MY TABLE !!!! I will not argue about what i know is a fact regardless if the owner wants to take responsibility for his thieving workers.

This company moved me two times in the past and it all went well. This time, there was jewelry, cash, and a passport stolen. Upon calling the police, one of the movers ran and was arrested for an outstanding warrant. The company would not provide me a response or the company's insurance company.They messed up one drawer I had to have fixed and did not put beds back together like they had in the past. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company. I only recommend a company with insurance and a written contract.

We found Turn Back Time Movers through Hire a Helper. They were highly recommended to help us load two moving PODS we had ordered. Their team was amazing; it is clear they have experience on their side. They made the most of our storage containers - in a way we NEVER could have done without them. The team was early and completed the job within the quoted time. Very satisfied with their work.

They were very polite. They did not start their day untill after 12 noon. It took several days to finish the move. They did not turn back time.

The owner sent a mover out to California for us. He helped load a 26 ft truck with a dolly for our SUV. We drove in our car to Arkansas. The only thing broken was a lamp the my husband and I threw on the back of the truck last minute. So it was our fault. No biggie. Great people. Hard workers.

I was charged double what they quoted me on the walkthrough. I know moving estimates are just that...estimates, so I was expecting the final cost to flucuate about 15%, but 50%??!?! They also scratched the floors in the new house because they didnt put down pads or moving blankets over the high traffic areas like every other moving company I have ever hired. I even called the owner to voice my concerns and was brushed aside on the cost inflation, and given a "let us know" attitude about the hardwood floor.

Both my husband and I were 100% satisfied with the Turn Back Time movers! Each of them were courteous, thoughtful and highly professional. I was impressed with their attention to detail and how attentive they were with my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for anyone's next move.

I have worked with this company on and off for years. They recently relocated my family of 7 from NWA to Jacksonville, Florida. It was a major undertaking and they were exceedingly professional every step of the way. I highly recommend them for any job you have small and local or large and distant. Robert and his team went above and beyond to stayed in close communication with us, all along the route. Excellent service! Price was very fair and no surprises. They treated us like family and I cannot recommend them high enough!!!

At this particular time I will only give them a 1 star. They run a skeleton staff. Moving our furniture into storage was a disaster. They showed up late and with no boxes or tape which made it very difficult to finish packing up the miscellaneous things. The storage unit closed at 9pm, so we had to stand at the gate to keep it from locking us in. Plus we had to finish moving the rest of the stuff ourselves!!! They said they would finish it up, that didn't happen. Why did I use them to move us from storage to house? Because I knew there was going to be damages and sure enough there was. Side note, one of the guys smelled like a walking liquor bottle, he disappeared often or just did nothing.
