This place deserves negative stars. The store in Rogers AR is a terrible representative for T Mobile. Management and sales associates are terrible. I waited for help for 20 minutes and watched other customers get service that came in after me. I will be switching to another carrier.

Terrible customer service and the most poorly trained employees. Supposed to be a corporate store too. Used to be top notch among the major companies and now the bottom.

Any of the non corporate stores operated by mobile one llc in North West Arkansas are poorly operated by staff members who lack training, poor leadership & for a lack of a better solution, the stores are a poor representation of T mobile corporate store efficiency.Problem staff members are allowed to transition between stores making all of the locations operated by mobile one inefficient and damaging to the image T mobile is trying to convey.The Pleasant Crossing & the Promenade mall locations are horrible.

Horrible management & lack of focus or guidance operating this store.They move key people between stores so the attitude and skill set of the staff travels between stores. Please do yourself a favor & go to the corporate stores which are ran with professionalism and integrity.

I am currently using their counter part Metro. I am going to switch to T mobile. I have never gotten a decent phone from Metro.

I am a host mother to a foreign exchange student from Holland. Getting her phone activated in America was an ordeal until I spoke with Nathan at T-Mobile. He was incredibly helpful and patient. Very knowledgeable about international calling. I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely incredible customer service at this location. Multiple staff members went above and beyond to help me out of a very niche situation that had temporarily left me without a phone. Their problem-solving was creative and impressive, and they were patient with me every step of the way. Clean, welcoming environment with top-notch service. Thank you!

Pro:Not bad pricingCons:Manager generally only available til 5pm on weekdays when store is opened 11am-7pm during those times meaning little time to talk with manager. That was told by multiple associates and the ASM.Employee added phone screen protector to bill before telling us was not part of protection plan. SM saying credit would be on bill but never applied.Employee rang up wrong screen protector model for phone. Installed badly with multiple air bubbles. Now, cannot get fixed unless I go back to THIS store. Then, I have to pay out of pocket for the correct version before they can then refund and replace with credit on my bill for the old one.They are causing the customers to pay for their employees' mistakes and seems consistent with other customer experience. This seems like a huge fraud when they can report the sales for that month and if customers don't catch it, they aren't out of pocket for months or more. Otherwise, policies should be changed to make simple corrections in there systems without negatively impacting customers. Screen protectors are also priced high for cheap plastic instead of tempered glass. When tried to talk with SM, got only above saying store credit and was all she could do.Going to different store from now on. I never wanted this screen protector to begin with and this whole ordeal has pushed me away from money grubbing TMobile.

I am dealing with an issue from February with this store’s billing issues in which the manager was fired. Assistant manager was trying make it right. Accountability was put back on me that I should have taken it up their leadership chain to get it fixed. Wow! The customer is responsible to fix their issues

Haley was Exceptional with helping switch my parents over from Verizon as they had been with Verizon for many years and she was able to get us the 25% off Hometown discount as well! They were so happy to be paying much less for more data and new phones! Great and friendly customer service here, would recommend ?. (Had a much better experience than the other nearby cooperate store at 2004b S Promenade Blvd)
