I love the new appointment-only policy. It has made the whole experience so much easier and hassle free. It’s so easy to book an appointment on their website. The stylists are great with kids. We will going back more often now that we can book appointments.

I cannot recommend this business enough!! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure clients are satisfied, and is very personable! The stylists that worked with us were beyond amazing!
I have three boys, and all the employees were right there offering to help in any way possible, especially the owner!

My son does not do well with haircuts. They were so kind and accommodating to him. I never once felt like they were angry that I had a child with sensory issues in their building. The respect and kindness they showed him and myself was appreciated more than they could know. Crissa was our stylist and she did a wonderful job. She helped us get through a the haircut with as little trauma as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone and especially for parents who need a welcoming and understanding atmosphere.Service: Haircut

The stylists are very patient and work hard to distract my toddler grandson while he is getting his haircut. They do a great job and the environment is perfect for keeping him occupied. My daughter drives from an hour away to bring my grandson here because they do such an amazing job!

Our 1st time there & even my son doesn't want to go back. When I asked if they take walk-ins and was told yes I'm assuming 15-20min wait, not a hr & half... but I decided to wait it out. Went back after the wait time I was told, to be told it'd be another 20 mins. So I left again to kill more time, got about 5 mins up the rd to get a call that they were ready. Neither of myself or my son was too thrilled with his haircut & this kid likes his haircuts.. or the amount of hair that was on his back and shoulders so he was irritated by hair the rest of the day while we were out. Was told his hair couldn't be as short as we wanted because her fingers were too big. Pretty much just all around disappointing...

I'd give the haircut my child received a 4/10. Decent, but slightly wonky. Staff members were mostly standoffish. Our stylist was quick, but the cut ended up looking rushed. A sign on the door asks that you don't inquire about staff's vaccine status due to privacy concerns. Then you enter and only one of the staff is masked. Concerning as they are dealing with young children who aren't old enough to be vaccinated. I figured then at that point we would be asked if we preferred a staff member wear a mask while cutting my child's hair as we were both masked. If they would like their privacy to be respected, it would also be advantageous that they respect their customer's comfort levels if they arrive masked. As much as I wanted to like this place, the overall experience, even if you exclude basic COVID protocol concerns, was still about par - if not slightly subpar - with what you would experience at a Super Cuts or Walmart salon for a larger price tag.

My son is 8 years old and has special needs. Haircuts can be a challenge for him because of his sensory issues and his wheelchair. Your stylists have always been so kind and welcoming. They let him sit in his wheelchair where he is most comfortable. They talk to him and engage with him which is SO important to me as a parent. We would highly recommend your shop for kids of all abilities to get their haircut! Thanks for making a tough experience the best one we could have.Service: Haircut

Best experience ever my son and I enjoyed both hair stylist who worked on both of our hair!!! They were extremely nice and I enjoyed being able to sit in the chair and get braids in my hair while my son got an amazing haircut both amazing stylist would def recommend
