  Very disappointed. Called as a new client and with a specific request. Respondent immediately began lecturing me about something peripheral and when I questioned the relevancy, he immediately closed the conversation and hung up. I want an advisor to listen to my needs, not try to force me into a box or assume that I am an idiot.
