Took my wife here to get shoes for her birthday. They had a great selection and treated her like she was a birthday queen. Would recommend Journeys to anyone.

Went to return the trendy platform crocs that I ordered online but they didn’t fit. Store was incredibly packed with lots of associates. I asked two associates for help with a return. One told me the register didn’t have cash and the other one said her manager said they weren’t doing returns this day(Saturday). I asked to speak directly to the manager (Tara, Tyra, Tim, idk) and she said will not be doing returns over the ‘back to school’ weekend and that I could comeback on Monday. I asked her why does not having cash have anything to do with a return when I purchased online. She huffed and said she’ll do an exchange but she will not be doing returns bc of how busy it was. I did notice out of the two registers they had at the counter, there was a sticky note on one saying no cash. That still had nothing to do with me, on top of having the receipt in hand where the policy states with an online order you may return in 365 days to any physical location. Additionally, being so busy to where you can’t do a return but you’d do an exchange which is essentially the same process and an extra step was her way of telling me she needed all the sales really bad. Like I said before these crocs are super trendy and I guarantee she would have sold them the minute she put them back out. Im not saying I won’t shop there but I have zero expectations of a good experience or customer service. The two stars are for the two associates the manager had them lie to me for her benefit.

Super helpful. Absolutely loved the staff. Fun people to talk to. I was really picky with my shoe selection but Tori and Madison were an absolute blessing to have around. No attitude, just helpful to get me what I needed.

I usually don’t have an issue here but today was different. They wouldn’t take back my shoes. I got the wrong size and wanted to exchange it or return it if they didn’t have my size.I had to go the Fayetteville location; they helped me out and let me return it with no issues. I don’t get why I couldn’t do the same here ?

The Mall is listed open at 10am; it is past 10:30am employees are in the store & it is still locked. This location is not the greatest, they make returns very hard, especially online orders. I had one return after Christmas; a pair of shoes that fit to tight; that were ordered online & the male manager at this location was rude, even though I had my online receipt he still made me pull up my PayPal account & show him the purchase, which was very unnecessary he was trying to make the return that much more difficult for me. I do not recommend this location; they were enforcing masks on customers but the employees were not even wearing them, you cannot enforce a policy your own employees will not follow. Also employees park right in front of the store, not employee parking, making it where customer's have less parking. One employee that drives a white ford focus, is one. Lets be considerate & leave parking for your customers & enforce the employee parking area policy.

My husband bought me a pair of UGG's slides for Christmas. They were a little big. He also got some UGG socks. We went back to exchange them today and the same girl helped him. She laughed when she saw him because they had such a good time lol. She was so amazing today during the exchange. I've had some bad experiences with customer service at other places today, and I have to say, this girl Kealiegh sp? was so pleasant and funny. She was eager to help and really knew about the products they carried. I would absolutely do business with them in the future! Great employees, customer service! Thank you for all that you did for us!

We came in today with no intentions on buying shoes just to look around but our sale associate that helped us was absolutely amazing! I didn’t get her name but shoe shopping with our 6 year old is never a fun experience but she made it so easy and offered our child a sticker when she seen that he was having a hard time ⭐️ Best customer service we have had in a really long day!

Walked in and was immediately overwhelmed by the employees. One after another kept approaching us asking if we needed help even after we said we were just looking. We would just glance at a shoe and they kept saying "oh you need these", "i saw you looking at these, what's your size?". It felt so forcing, it was almost like they were doing it to be funny just to mess around with customers. They should of just said "i'll be here if you need help" instead of constantly being in our faces. They grabbed my boyfriend and asked for his size and he felt very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving the store in less than 5 minutes because we felt like we could not shop in peace or even think because we kept being bothered. I get your employees make commission and want to sell as much as possible, but forcing and making customers feel uncomfortable is not the way to do that.
