Very disappointed in the whole experience. I think the most disappointing was the fact that the lady in fabric cutting area didn't have any idea of the current sale, and when she tried to look it up on line, couldn't even get the website to work. They should have had copies of the ad at the store.

I have loved items I have found here, but today is the third time I have purchased items here on one of their "deals" and had to return to the store because it wasn't calculated correctly and I was overcharged. When it happens once, that's an accident or a simple mistake. Three times tells me this business is either incompetent or purposely misrepresents deals or charges customers inaccurately because they've found they can get away with it and cheat customers.

Good place to go for fabric and crafting items. They are a bit limited on the crafting side. Don't expect Hobbie lobby level of choices and such. But they have nice stuff and worth a look.

Is this store really a Joann store? Their service and policy is different from other Joann. And the store looks like a jungle. None of the coupons work even if you buy a regular priced item. And their attitude….you can tell they don’t want to help. And that boy Jesse he needs to be reminded he’s not in high school FYI…your customers are there to shop and spend their hard earned money.

Glad to find Joann in town,,the help here is cordial and patient.Although I'm on vacation I still find time to sew( my daughter set me up with a machine, to make me feel at home, ?maybe because I stay for so long☺

Consistently good selection for crafting and typically reasonable prices. Their members program is free and has great coupons and rewards. I appreciate being able to order online and pick up in store and their app is really.uswr friendly. The store sometimes struggles with enough staff, especially at the fabric cutting counter, but they are always friendly and helpful.

I thought that our Jo-Ann Fabric store in the central Arkansas Area was not that great but I take it back. This place looked like a tornado went through. It seemed dirty dingy and dark.

Because of this store I have more yarn than projects atm but i cant resist those coupons and deals. They are amazing and such great money savers. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love going here

Service is going down hill at this store. I will not shop here anymore. Joann you have Stacy to thank for that. She could see I was having a hard time getting there app to open and she could’ve easily scanned it from hers. In the past when the cell service is bad the other cashiers have no problem doing it. She said I could bring everything back and a manager could fix it. I’m thinking why waste more of my time and the managers time. Poor customer service!

This is my second time visiting at this location aand I have been pleased with the service over the phone and in person. I've found the employees very helpful. The store is large, clean and organized....oh did I say well stocked! I would indeed return again!
