Not a friend to truck drivers. If you are a truck driver I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. They share a parking lot with a large home improvement store. I was parked out of the way in the back not bothering anyone. Not visible from the front of the store or the street and they made me move . I was delivering to the home improvement store in the morning, I told them that and they still made me move.

Buyer beware ask to see store policy If your furniture is damaged you have to except damage item they will repair So you paid full price for refurbishEd furnitur. would not recommend buying here

‼Beware!‼ Do NOT buy your furniture here at Hank's "Fine" Furniture! We bought a couch from them and had MULTIPLE issues that could have been prevented and easily fixed, but their customer service is the worst! They are very incompetent sales people and only care about making a sale for their commission. ‼1st Issue: After we picked out a couch that we wanted, they put in an order to have it shipped to their store when there were TWO others right in their store that they knew nothing about! So, we waited for nothing! We could've brought the couch home the same day instead of many weeks later! Seriously?! You people don't know what is on the floor? It's literally YOUR MAIN JOB to know! ‼2nd Issue: After the couch arrived at our home, we found that it had only ONE zipper on ONLY ONE of the cushions! The second cushion was made without a zipper, making it IMPOSSIBLE to take off and wash! They should have never sold that "LEMON" of a couch! ‼3rd Issue: After letting them know about the zippers, or lack thereof, they didn't care one bit! Of course not! Like I said before- HORRIBLE SERVICE! (Wake up people... that will just come back to bite you in the ass when you HAVE to replace the cushion since it will become dirty and we have no way to wash it!) PLUS, not only will you have to replace THAT cushion, but NOW you will have to replace BOTH cushions since neither will look alike after one being washed and the other just sitting there getting dirty! HELLO!! WAKE UP! ‼4th Issue: Their warranty company SUCKS!! Anytime we call Hank's about this issue, they just want to pawn the blame off onto their warranty company! That company sucks just as much as Hank's! They NEVER get back with you. They just want you to waste your time calling and emailing them until your warranty expires! I guess they've never run into a person like me who will sue your ass along with Hank's who sold us the "lemon" and uses and hides behind that warranty company. Both are at fault and BOTH will fix this or will be sued. The warranty company didn't sell me a couch without a zipper! YOU, HANK'S, DID! ‼5th Issue: After purchasing the OVERPRICED "LEMON" of a couch, OUR salesperson quit. So, we were just waiting on their service and our couch to come, only to find out (because WE CALLED THEM & DID THEIR JOB) the woman had quit (no surprise there & do not blame her), however Hank's should have been taking care of her orders! And were they?? OF COURSE NOT!! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIECE FROM HANK'S EVER AGAIN!! WE WILL NEVER WASTE OUR TIME AND NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT USELESS PLACE (HANK'S "FINE" FURNITURE) EVER AGAIN!! ***Since then, we've bought a bedroom set from Ashley's Furniture and an accent chair. When the accent chair needed new fabric for one of the arms- Ashley's Furniture Store sent it to us right away! It was no hassle at all for them or for us! ***ROOMS TO GO is another great furniture store with great customer service and gives you FREE cleaning products for your piece ANY & EVERY time you walk in!! Who else can say the same? They also replaced every bit of our money when the arm broke after many, many years of having that couch and also through a move it had to go through! A rep came to our house from another state and checked that the arm was not fixable and so they gave us every cent back for that couch that we enjoyed for numerous years! Now that is great customer service!! Thank you, ROOMS TO GO! (Because of your terrific service, we bought furniture from you for every, single room in our beach home! Good service pays off!) HANK'S, you should take a lesson from other furniture stores that actually care about what they sell, their warranty services, and most of all- their customer service!! SHAME ON YOU, HANK'S!! HANK'S LOST another great customer!

The worst service, the worst follow up. They were quick to ask for a review as soon as you make a purchase but our delivery wasn't scheduled and when we did finally receive the merchandise the order wasn't complete. Arrangements were made WEEKS in advance and we were assured our items would arrive and were in stock. They just want to secure the sale and are not actually honest or concerned about your experience. Perhaps the salesman winking at our son telling him how good he is at his job should have been enough of an indication of the level of professionalism we were dealing with. The selection is fine but not different enough that I would ever choose this place over another because of how difficult they made the experience.

I wish there was a negative value to the stars to give Hanks. My experience has been worse than you can imagine. We purchased a new mattress set with an adjustable base at the very end of 2022. There was an issue with the delivery team. We were scheduled on Christmas Eve for the afternoon at Hanks suggestion. They were unable to be there on time and when they told me delivery would be after 6 pm I told them to reschedule as we had family plans that evening. They wanted to charge me $100 to reschedule. I refused and was able to get them to waive that ridiculous fee. It was delivered a week later and within 2 weeks we experienced "drifting" in the base. We called Hanks, who had us reach out to the manufacturer. We were sent a new motor and then scheduled a repair person to install. Within 10 days we again had the same problem. I have been going back and forth with the Moto manufacturer, who does not respond to my emails or calls and with Hanks for 10 months . The new manager, Kara, ensured me that Hanks would take care of this and get me aa suitable resolution. First she said let's try a new motor. Now she says they agree that the issue could be caused by weight. Mind you I was very clear about weight when the purchase was made. So now her suggestion is exchange for a new dual Twin XL base and pay the difference of $500 to Hanks. They have lost their minds! By the way they quoted me an earlier price of $272.62 to exchange, but Kara says the price has increased. So now we are stuck with a product that doesn't work and a mattress that is not holding up, which by the way I didn't want to address because all I want is a base that works for my permanently disabled husband who has Muscular Dystrophy. And all Hanks wants is an additional $500 on top of the $3924.45 we have already spent for a product that does not work. Shameful Hanks! There is nothing "fine" about this.

Came into Hank's a few weeks back looking at dining room tables and couches with my wife. We were just casually browsing to get an idea of what style/design we would purchase in the coming months. There was no pressure from the sales staff and Jason was very helpful when we did eventually have a question to ask. We actually found a couch that we fell in love with and decided to purchase. The price was reasonable and the delivery and set-up time was minimal. Overall a great experience.

My husband and I were so happy with the service we received from Roy at the Rogers location. We bought several items (we’ve just moved here). Not only did we receive top notch customer service, Roy also let us know of some good fishing locations! :). Couldn’t be happier with the furniture and quality. Also, the young men that deliver the furniture were very professional, and took good care of us as well.

My wife and I have been to hanks multiple times over the years. Every single time has been a wonderful experience with consistently amazing customer service. We come here any time we need quality furniture that lasts.This time we bought a recliner and a rug. We had the wonderful experience of being helped by Josh. We will continue to come here for all our furniture needs.

The BEST client oriented salesperson around is Derick Figueroa. Firstly, he didn’t follow me around or hover which I greatly appreciated, only an introduction. Secondly, Derick went above and beyond in helping me figure out furniture. He moved things around in the store for size and style. He even brought a recliner outside in the sun to check the color! Thirdly, he was extremely helpful, not pushy, and knowledgeable about his products and timelines. Thank you Derick for all you do and did to help me furnish my new home!

I have been looking at furniture stores all across Oklahoma and Arkansas. Hanks has been my favorite one so far. I love the customer service. I appreciated the one on one time to build a relationship. JJ was very patient with me. The first time I visited, I was browsing, and when I came back with my final decision making He was very thorough and professional . Thank you to Jason Jones AKA JJ for all your help

Awful experience. Would not recommend buying from them. They are very polite and courteous when trying to get you to buy. But after your purchase, don't expect the same charm. Extremely rude and difficult to deal with. A woman "helping" us with the delivery process even hung up on my husband. Unbelievable, especially after promising a delivery date of mid July then changing the date to mid August when our items did not show up. Terrible customer service.

I love shopping at Hank's. I will always check with them before I look anywhere else. Peter Beckie is the salesperson I always trust to help me through the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile to find the exact piece of furniture I need. I would recommend Hank's and Peter to anyone in the market for an interior upgrade!

By far the best experience I have ever personally had shopping for furniture. My family wants to Thank Mr. Peter Backie for helping us setup our forever home. Will most definitely recommend Hanks and we will 100 percent be back.
