We placed an order online and only option was pick up at the store. When we got back from picking up product we realized we were sent the wrong item. Cases of this product. When we contacted HQ, we were advised to take the product back to the store for a refund. When we got to store the store manager was VERY NASTY and would not hear us out whatsoever. The store manager stated she cannot do a refund only exchange and that we couldn't do exchange for a product she did not have.. Told us to take items we were trying to return and leave her store. I tried speaking with her over the phone and she refused to speak to me. Told my co-worker that she wasn't going to speak to me any longer due to my nasty attitude. All I was doing was giving back the same energy I was getting from her. I heard her tell my co-worker to leave the store and was very loud about it instead of trying to correct the issue and make it right for the customer. We were treated like if were trash and kept stating to leave the store. When we asked for her name as I wanted to report this to Corporate she refused to give us her name and just kept yelling at my co-worker to leave the store. This was so humiliating when treated like this in front of other customers at the shop instead of hearing us out and trying to find a solution to their mistake. When I told her that they gave us wrong product she immediately got defensive and started being unprofessional with myself over the phone. We are in the retail business and ALWAYS try to find a solution and hear out the customer specially if we as a company made a mistake instead we were treated like a nuisance and made us feel worthless. She then stated that she did not make this mistake that it was corporate and when I told her that she as an employee and manager for Dollar Tree company so when I state "you guys gave us the wrong product" I was referring to Dollar Tree not her store itself. After that she refused to speak to me. Handed th phone over to my co-worker and told him that she wasn't going to speak to me any longer due to my "Nasty attitude" and started kicking out my co-worker. IF YOU VISIT THIS PLACE BE READY TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH BY THE STORE MANAGER AND HER MINIONS. They forget they have a job because of customers. NO CUSTOMERS = NO REVENUE = NO JOBS...... We are in the retail business and would NEVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER SPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS A COMPANY LEVEL MISTAKE, NOTHING TO DO WITH CUSTOMER.

I bought a bunch of Halloween decor, and sweet out of her way to bring it to my car when she absolutely did not have to! She’s a sweetheart and does an awesome job! :)

Worst most Horrible cashier service, went on Aug Thu. 8th, a white old lady in her 50’s was working. She did not speak to me throughout the entire transaction, did not greet me, nor offer me a receipt, although she did offer to the person in front of me. She is likely racist!

Can’t believe I just experienced racism in this store. The manager was sure taking her time before checking us out. She surely saw us were putting up the products on the check out. Never said a word to us during check out and gave us annoying face when we speak our language. Then she said Hello to the white lady after us. It’s 2024, be better.

I visited this store to simply buy an iPhone charger, great they had one! I was pleased it only was $5, besides that i had walked to checkout line and i see a cashier checking a woman out and manager ( Shay ) standing next to the bagging area. First the lady that was buying items was having a hard time explaining to them ( because her first language is spanish) that they had a sign by the posters that said 2 for $1.25 well the cashier was somewhat bilingual i was about to step in and translate because she assumed he spoke enough spanish to understand but he eventually understood and the manager or shift lead (Shay) was rolling her eyes and having a hateful tone to the lady and was like “ no its only the white ones” then she turns to her cashier and says “ we forgot to change the sign”. Well then the cashier started to try to void them off because im sure thats what he was trained to do( which mind you hes also hispanic) she starts to tell him in a hateful tone “no dont do that we have to many voids, dont do that!” And then she says “ here move” steps in instead of trying to teach him the right way. Im biting my tounge because its hard to watch that behavior not just to customers but to a young boy employee who just needed a little extra help. Then i am still watching and she steps back and lets him continue the transaction. As this is happening she turns around and looks at the front doors to another customer ( who was Indian) handing bags to her friend to put in the car that they already bought which there was like 7-10 bags they were trying to load to the car, well Shay decides to look back at them and roll her eyes and kind of make faces as she turns back around to watch the rest of the transaction. Well im getting frustrated and upset watching this. Then she sees the line is long moves to another register and says “ next person” still with the downward attitude and proceeds to check out a Caucasian lady and starts telling her about how she’s frustrated and that her employee and customer were frustrating her and i didnt hear all of it because they were further away but i just think Shay needs to fix her attitude and approach towards people and if she doesnt like her job to find something less stressful for her. I also think she was being disrespectful and discriminatory towards certain customers that didnt look her skin color , in other words she looked as if she was being racist. They werent that busy she was blowing things way out of proportion and making a big deal over small things. She just needs to take a breather. In conclusion this was sickening to watch and i really thing dollar tree needs to find someone else to run the store. Her attitude was just horrendous. I wont be back and ive also seen so many reviews for this store and the lack of kindness and customer service!

The guy working at cashier 1 was extremely rude. Firstly, walking to the cash register my friend and I greeted him with a “Hello, how are you.” he did not respond and just started scanning our things. When we handed him the money to pay, he aggressively yanked it out of our hands! Afterwards, when our items were in the bag, he furiously threw the bag onto the counter! He had brown curly hair, wearing graphic tee and baggy jeans.

Cashier closed after my items were on belt and I had to pick everything back up and not 1 of the 3 of them helped. Then the new cashier was throwing my items in the bag, and was clearly upset when I asked him not to put cleaning products in the same bag as food and started throwing my items even harder. I know this location is super convenient to where I work but I won't be back. I'll drive out of my way to never deal with the behaviors displayed again.Keep in mind I separate my type of items to make bagging easier. I go out of my way not to make their jobs difficult.

As a loyal costumer I purchased a product and found a insect in the food packaging and made a complaint and was later kicked out of the store and later the mall for my complaint and believe they are in the wrong

This particular store evidently had a very busy weekend, a lot of stock was very low or empty, carts of new stock were in the aisles, but staff was busy with customers. Still, I was able to find most of what I was looking for.

guy working at 8pm Thursday was not pleasant, first i walked up to the registers and no light was on but there was looked like a couple and a dog standing behind the register 1 so was kind of confusing especially since he wasnt wearing a name tag or green shirt or anything, thought a couple was robbing the store. and then i asked if he was checking us out and he replied with "i wouldnt be standing here would i?" which seemed kinda of condescending with the given information and then i said it would have helped with his light on and he said there is no light also in a very rude manner. just didnt seem like a very professional and comfortable place to shop at
