I've been with Cricket for a while now. I can't complain about service. Just the fact the in store service fee keeps increasing. I don't like doing a lot of online shopping, including bills. I prefer in person, but I'd rather not have the extra $5 fee when I'm already paying $80.

Sierra does a fantastic job running her store, she makes sure her staff are knowledgeable of their product and provide the best possible experience. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile and she ensured I got quality service that went above and beyond. I cannot give a good enough review to do the service justice. If you walk into a phone store and have an interaction that makes your entire day then that’s what I call peak customer service. Thank you to Sierra and her team for the stellar customer experience.

Not a very personal experience and most of everything was in Spanish. Pretty sure I shouldn't have to read everything in Spanish in America.

This new 5g rollout is forcing everyone to get a new phone because my great phone won't work anymore. What they offer you in upgrades isn't as good or fast as what you currently have. It's basically forcing you to buy a new phone when nothing is wrong with yours. A complete headache. "We're changing our network and charging you $150 for a new phone. Very shady.

Eric is the epitome of bad customer service. I asked for his manager and he said she was on vacation and he didn't bother to provide any resolution to my problem or request for a manager, but made it worse. This guy will chastise and antagonize you to the point where when you start to get upset about it, he will hang up the phone. Don't waste your time there.

This store provided excellent customer service. I am not from here so to go somewhere or if town and get this type service was great. The agent was very professional, patient and proficient.
