I absolutely fully recommend the staff at Carpet One for your next flooring project. In store service was professional and expedient. We had a great experience working with Will and CarpetOne in Rogers,AR. Will was great about getting out to measure our space and helping us decide what carpet would work best for our upstairs game room and guest suite. Everything was on time and his follow up was incredible. 5 star experience and would highly recommend.

Worked with Will and got amazing results!! We were allowed to take large slabs home to compare to our existing cabinets and carpeted areas we were keeping, so we could choose the laminate that fit perfectly!Delivery and installation for the floor happened the same week, and I walked in to the completed project after only ordering everything a few days prior!The installation team arrived early and knocked it all out while I was at work, and I love my new floors ? I’ll definitely use the same team again for future renos!

I tried to give them my business…. Finally went to Flooring America! Each time I went to CO, they advised salesmen did all of his stuff on paper and couldn’t find my info, wanted me to pay in full for everything. After I advised I’ll pick up carpet and install, they agreed to remainder after installation. Final straw…. Wanted to place order for stair carpet 5 days ago, still no phone call. I’m done.

Where do I start? We used you 25 years ago and had the same experience we are having now, I only tried you again because one of or our subcontractors said you had changed your ways.I went in store to order carpet after your employee David came out to measure. It was not a big order as it was for stairs but he assured me the item I chose was in stock and when we were ready for the carpet install to call them, they would just store my order in their warehouse until our construction was ready for Carpet but he said he would call and let me know when our order was in. Fast forward to the first week in November and I call and inquiry about our order because no one hd called me. David told me I had called and canceled my order. What? So then I asked them why was my order not refunded if I had cancelled….. it was a big mistake, he finally admitted he was in the wrong. Today was supposed to be installed between 11 and 1 and David calls again at 11:24 and asked about a question I had for the installers about protective plastic sheeting to be placed after installment since we are still under construction and he said he froze my appt time and that he did not provide that service, delaying our install 4.5 hours. It’s been 1 mistake after the next and has been a terrible experience.

We worked with John at Carpet One in Pleasant Crossing and his customer service exceeded our expectations. He was very attuned to all the details during our entire project, helped us choose the best flooring for our home and budget, made sure the product we chose would get delivered on time, and he followed up during the install and afterward. I would definitely choose to work with John at Carpet One again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do flooring.

This delay is overdue, but we've had our new carpet installed for several months now and it has held up great, no issues at all. The installation crew did a detailed job with the stairs especially. Steve was awesome to work with and you can tell he really wants his customers to be happy. Great experience!

John G. is the Best! From helping me select carpet that was in stock in my price preference, following up by calling, texting, emailing receipt to the nicely presented folder with care information and warranty. John had me on the install list within the same week! He went above and beyond in measuring most areas (with a laser tool, then entered on his tablet) of my home for future purchases. He kept me informed of the process and schedule, and kept in touch by text on his day off, my install day. The installation crew members were polite, professional and efficient. I paid to have my furniture moved, which was so worth it. They were careful and returned everything where it had been, then vacuumed. Looks great. Thank you, Carpet One!

Love, Love, Love!!!We would recommend Carpet One in Rogers Arkansas all the way. We had 2 main floors completely removed and replaced, they were fast, clean, and knowledgeable about every part of the job. They completed the whole job in 2 days. It was a great experience.

I had originally went to another carpet store who quoted me a reasonable price to put down carpet in my finished out basement. When the final quote came in it was significantly higher than the original, and I couldn't get a clear answer why. I then called Randy at Carpet One and he was able to get out quickly and beat the original quote with no surprises later. We were able to get the install scheduled and completed quickly, and the carpet looks great. Randy and the install tech was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Lengthy delay in project install commitment. Never disclosed there had been a covid case in store. Mgt only stated “party was on leave”, party infected was forthright when we did communicate, as they knew The high risk presented and respected need to stay away from environments and risk. But store did not disclose any concerns when I was called.Was led into the “zero percent” promo, which is not as promoted. As they baited and switched (in my opinion). After being approved for promo credit line, on two separate occasions, I was told we would buy materials, properly repair subfloor. Then I was told I needed to have subfloor repaired “weeks” later and then Carpet one would do install, I had to have a takeoff for job prepared multiple times, and my concerns unfortunately validated.I was approved for all funds needed for their “promo”, had credit dinged, and was delayed twice due to undisclosed covid by store (infected party ethically informed me) and changes in scope of work previously committed.Then staff turnover and lack of followup continued,Store stated FULL Payment for a completed install was required of all customers, when previously told we would purchase materials and then install. I asked where was my mistake in not reading or being told full payment for job was required (aprox 8,000 dollars). I was told this was normal. I informed store manager this was not normal and electrician, hvac, carpentor, painter trades certainly dont practice that on job.If full payment is required and you have no material and install is aprx a month out, your paying for a job thats not even started and thats zero percent (with hidden fees).I canceled my account with carpet one and regretfully question the sales tactics and inability to even provide documentation that would help me see where I am incorrect.Years ago, I saw carpet one commercial as respectable and responsive. This has apparently changed and the Rogers store Manager was very sketchy when I asked for clarification.I would rather be in error and not have witnessed this transpire. Be cautious.
