New to town and found this place. Having had nothing but bad experiences at three different Mercedes dealerships, and the one here has a terrible reputation as well, so not going there. We were having several issues that could have been a number of things and very expensive. We were incredibly happy with the ease of after-hour drop-off, communication, knowledge, and honesty from Mike. His low cost suggestion fixed all the problems and we were also able to pay by phone and pick-up after hours. Thank you for a wonderful experience and so glad to have found a great new European auto mechanic.

Mike is a Certified Mercedes Benz mechanic and it shows. We needed to have our 17 year old Mercedes repaired before selling it and Mike was pragmatic and proactive without involving unnecessary repairs and upcharges. He turned around a fairly involved repair in less than 72 hours and we told him to take his time!Seriously, Benz Haus is the only place that I'd trust to repair my Mercedes. Mike will shoot you straight and do good work, which isn't really that difficult but is so hard to find! Our only regret is that is only does Mercedes repairs! The first call I made to Benz Haus made me decide to give it a try without hesitation, and I'm glad I took the step. Mike was wonderful and very professional. Honesty was one of the first things I noticed with all that he explained. It is always refreshing to find a mechanic I can fully trust to always do the right thing.
