We had our unit for over a year and they were fabulous to work with. Always friendly, welcoming and understanding. We kept our unit when we moved to Wisconsin and we didn’t worry once about our belongings. They have multiple convenient payment options. If we ever move back to NWA we will be using them again. We strongly recommend Prairie Meadows Storage!

When I moved into my storage unit, I was assured that it was regularly treated for spiders and vermin. “The only thing you MIGHT have to worry about is flooding when it rains a lot.†But they provided pallets to keep my stuff up off the floor. Today, I have to have my husband move everything out of there by himself because there's so many spiders that I can't handle it. While he was moving all of my stuff, he's found that over half of mine and my son's belongings are completely trash due to the rat and mouse infestation. I am unable to get in contact with the owners, even to make a payment, and I 100% don't recommend this business for your storage needs.

Super convenient storage located just a few block from downtown. The owner is great to rent from and the rates are really good. Access morning till night and my stuff has always been secure. I really love the location.
