I used this pharmacy for a long time previously. I moved myself , children & husband here. Over the course of the last two years there’s been a substantial change to the customer service. The accountability of the staff to actually contact you if they need any kind of info update, or for them to notify you that they are NOT filling a medication due to an insurance issue.This happened to me several times, over the course of 2022 & 2023 and when I saw it was not going to improve I switched. This week my son is sick, his info was still on file here so I chose to use them. Honestly hoping it had changed cause I like harps. I came by the day after the meds were called in to give them plenty of time to he met with.. sorry it’s not filled cause of an insurance problem. We see the one it wants us to use. Do you want to fill it? I told them yes, they say 20 mins. It’s 6 PM at this point and they close at 7. I say I’ll pick it up tomorrow I have to get home. Today rolls around, my son had to go to the Dr again. Now we have an ear infection, they call in antibiotics. I got there around 6. I am met with only 1 ready.. I ask did the dr not send the antibiotics. She says let me check. Oh they did.. but the insurance problem happened again AFTER I WAS TOLD IT WAS SOLVED THE DAY PREVIOUS.I was frustrated I explained to the Tech working the counter the day before. The pharmacist comes over and used a tone and attitude with me essentially blaming me. I ask was it not an insurance problem again like the day before? She said well.. yes. Both. Then continues with the rude attitude to me.It pains me to see places spiral after losing key staff and this is evident here. Incredibly disappointed and I plan to let everyone I know about it.

Unbelievable I am definitely changing my pharmacy. These guys are something else. one person who cares. Not so good for your choice of profession if you're unhappy change jobs it's supposed to be a career Not a job. Huge difference so treat it that way.

They are SO friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure you get the best price. I didn't have my insurance card and they called another pharmacy to get the information I should've had. They also filled it right there on the spot so I didn't even have to wait at all. Definitely going there for my pharmacy needs from now on! I never leave reviews but just felt like they deserved this 110%.
