Great caring people to rent from!! They give you a chance to pay the monthly rent payment without locking your unit right away. They try to work with us and help you keep your belongings. Highly recommended this storage facility and the owners.!! Thank you so much for having a heart. May God bless the owners and facility abundantly plus keep everyone's things safe from theft and/or any damage that could possibly occur.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!! My unit was broken into and everything stolen out of it, including some of my late husband's ashes, and things belonging to him that could never be replaced. The owner or manager or whatever he is called me while I'm 5 states away working and stated that he thought I moved out. He then said he was going to try to get my belongings back because he was pretty sure he knew who the person was that did it. He called me the next day saying the cameras "lost signal" and there was no footage of the break in. I advised him I wanted his insurance information because he is responsible for my belongings due to them advertising a secure facility and he said it was not their problem. After reading the reviews, it sounds to me like they are running a theft ring out of this facility and getting away with it!!!

The photos show that someone plainly took the time to go thru my unit, piece by piece. That tells me someone who knew I was out of town (which they did) done it!

My unit was broke into a month ago11-18-18. The manager has been no help on it says cameras don't work. He didn't refund my money. It had been raining all week and none of my stuff was wet what I had left and it was raining that day also. My stuff should of been wet if it got broken into when he thinks it happen. I believe it happen that day and not long before he called me. Cause what I had left should of been wet since it was by the door. I had a lot of personal information stolen from me. I would not rent a unit from them, because when it gets broken into they will not help and the cameras need to be updated.
