They could have scheduled the work the day after they received my referral, which would have been wonderful if my schedule had allowed it. It's so nice to have a brand new windshield!

“What can I say man's motivated, boss man had me diagnosed fixed and ready within 24 hours. He gave me a clear time frame had it done earlier than expected. Fair prices highly knowledgeable has been established in Hot Springs for many years. Would recommend to friends and family or any out-of-towner.Side note: had to return vehicle after the review however they did stand behind their work and had me up and running again in about 5 days. Didn't charge me any extra to get me going again. Thanks yall!”

“We were in Hot Springs for a conference and had an issue with our car. We had recently changed our breaks ourselves and one of the tires started making a clicking sound. Not what you want to hear when you're hours from home! We decided to try Garcia's because they had good reviews on Google, and I'm so glad we did! They got us in immediately. While we were there, we had them look at the oil plug because it was stripped. They got it out and got us a new one. We were fixed up within the hour - even with a full oil change. Great service and fairly priced. Highly recommend!”

“Talk about a place whos name fits it to T; wasn't even there 30 minutes.
They were also around $15-20 cheaper then the last place where we'd gotten our oil changed. On top of that, 15 to $20 cheaper, they do a veteran's discount.
This will definitely become my new spot for oil changes.”
“Justin and his crew here are excellent. They quickly identified a leaking flange tube on my 2013 Veloster and put a new one on just as quick. More recently, they did a resonator delete on my Challenger. Justin went above and beyond with his recommendations and had me in and out in no time on short notice.”

I am a deserning customer who demands perfection to the point many cos. refuse to do my work. “We picked up a nail in our tire on the way to our vacation in Hot Springs and were driving on what barely passes for a spare. The hole was in the sidewall and my husband was concerned that the tire would be trashed and we'd have to buy 4 new tires, which would really be a bummer since we just got them this year and they were under roadside warranty - at home. We stopped at Stroope Tire to have them take a look at it. They had us pull right in, fixed the tire for what we thought was a very reasonable price, and we were back on vacation. We've driven over 1,200 miles on it and it's just fine. There is so much to be said about a locally owned shop versus one of the tire giants. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us!”

“Best mechanic out there! Called so many places before I got to his shop, and they were the only shop that said they could get it done the next day and finished that day. Had to get my brakes done and they were so affordable plus they got it done so quickly! As a college student, I love affordable prices and it being done quickly since I've got to get to class and work. If you're looking for a good place to take your vehicle this is the place! “These folks are awesome, I first had issues with a door hinge matter on my 1996 Chevy pickup. Others had tried to address the matter with little correction. These folks got it right, spot on.I then returned with the same truck and had the factory headlight assemblys replaced, and LED bulbs installed. I bought them from Advanced Auto Parts, just East of the shop.
I got there at 7:30AM on Friday and he told me to show up at 7:30AM on Monday. The work was complete at 10:31AM.
The service writer & tech notified me that I needed a new ball joint, which was part of the rattle I heard. As well, he notified me that I needed my brakes changed very soon and told me how much pad was left in millimeters and that my sway bars were shot. The allignment was cancelled due to needing to replace the ball joint.
All 3 people were nice, professional and fast. The waiting room was cool, busy and had about 4 seats. There's places nearby if you need to sit and work or kill time - Walmart, Popeye's, Sonic, Sutherlands.”
