These shady people wouldn’t even let us pay our car off after it got hail damage. They were rude and wouldn’t let us pay. They let the insurance company take it. We had the cash to pay it but they didn’t want our money. SCAM ARTISTS. Filing a complaint with Arkansas Attorney General’s office. Don’t worry there are gonna be a lot more.

I felt like as a value customer that I was mistreated really bad by the office my truck is almost paid for and they wanted to repossess my truck and I was only 31 days late this is the first time that I ever been late for a payment and my truck was $14,000 and they was tripping but I was one I was one day late cuz of my bank because of the holiday and I feel like that that was wrong everybody in America know the bank was closed Monday so instead of them getting paid Tuesday got paid Wednesday that put business behind one day

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram from Walter at the location in Sherwood in February. I had the truck for a week, just what started having engine issues. I called Walter and was advised to take the truck to one of their repair places. Little did you know Walter stated the repair guys said noting wrong with the truck. Let me remind you I was told the truck was under warranty for 30 days. the truck had cosmetic damage when I bought it broken tail light, broken signal light on door. I'm thing it was covered under warranty because Walter had it repaired. Fast forward it's August I've had 3 oil changes because my truck started doing the same thing as before losing pressure as I announced before to them people. So the next day I call Walter and shared to him what the truck was doing, I was advised to take the truck to Midstate in Benton. The truck was not able to make it to Cabot. The truck has been sitting at Midstate be diagnosed since August its now September. I was threatened if I didn't make my payments even though I was driving it the truck will be repaired. I have made repeated call to Walter was advised to contact Kathy @ Sherwood. I got the run around for almost 2 months. Now I'm being told that the repair cost is 7,000 for a new engine and I have to pay 3, 000 and refinance the truck with the remaining balance. This woman is CRAZY. I asked for my last 2 payments back and they can have the truck. She agreed then turned around an called back and said they couldn't do. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THESE CROOKS, SHERWOOD, BENTON OR JONESBORO. THEY ARE TRUE SCAMMERS.
