The lady working there was extremely rude, had a terrible attitude, not in the least bit helpful and was either having a bad day or hates her job or both. I am still bruised where she drew my blood. I go to my PCP every 3 months for labs and never bruise. Terrible experience.

The first two draws I had were great! The last one, the phlebotomist drew from my basilic vein unnecessarily as my median cubital was accessible. It hurt a lot and I didn’t see a reason for that. Hitting that vein wrong can cause nerve damage or a hematoma. I won’t be going back. I saw no reason for that as I was nothing but professional and it felt personal.

The directions are correct to get to this location. Quest does not have a large outside sign to confirm the location inside Springhill medical plaza. Just follow signs to the medical plaza. The main floor is level 2, take the elevator to level 1 and the office is to the left.
