My package was supposed to have been delivered. However, they sent me notification that it shipped, but the status says still awaiting arrival at the point of origin facility.
Update: This is why automated systems are bad. Not being able to talk to a person led to one sided blame being laid upon DHL. The shipper hadn’t even sent my package out.

I have been trying to get my package delivered but you have to have a signature and no one answers the phones unless it’s automated. This is ridiculous.

Worst shipping and tracking service EVER! Only automated responses. Package has been sitting at same location for EIGHT DAYS WITH NO UPDATES. Only response is "contact your shipper" even though DHL has package. NO ACCOUNTABILITY! If I could rate lower than 1 star, I most certainly would! I truly do not see how they are still in business.

I am giving a poor review not if service but if the professionalism of your drivers. While I was walking through my neighborhood with a 20 mph limit, your driver flew down the street and did NOT stop at the stop sign. Dangerous driver and should be rehabbed or let go if this is habitual. When it tried to call someone, your automated machine gave me a run around. So now, you get another negative review to make your score even lower.

Terrible service, I paid for an express delivery that never arrived, they simply changed the delivery days and in the end nothing. The worst parcel service is this.

I wish i could give this negative stars!!!! DHL will give you the worst service you have ever experienced. The service is absolutely horrible and isn’t recommend for anyone. I had 2 shipments coming from DHL. The first shipment was marked "delivered" and I never received it. Upon calling I was told that they would reach out to the "station" to find out from the driver what happened to the package. I explained that "the proof of delivery" had been signed but not by me the agent advised me that it was signed by the driver (why?) If you've properly delivered a package why would the driver sign for it? Even if you've delivered to the wrong house if you asked for a signature 9/10 they would be like oh thats not mine and not give their signature. Anywho this agent told me I would receive a follow up call by 10am letting me know about my package at 1pm i still had not received a call so i called DHL Express customer service again. Spoke to a very rude agent whom continously interrupted me the only answer he had was you’ll get a follow up call tomorrow. Well sir i didn't receive the first follow up so forgive me if i dont believe you. I would like to know whats happening with my package. I asked for a supervisor he continued to tell me about a follow up call then eventually hung up in my face. Fast forward to my 4th call a sweet lady said they were investigating that if the driver had delivered to the wrong house they would have to go back and retrieve the package (unlikely because thats a safety hazard for the driver to return to someones property asking for a package you gave them unless there would be police presence highly unlikely but ok) so i proceeded to inquire about my second package that was out for delivery today let her know I was concerned due to what has already transpired with my first package. She place me on hold and told me that my package today was being delivered by a different driver and assured me I'd receive the package. (So why is it that hard to located the first driver of my previous package if you know this shipment is being delivered by a different driver then you also know the previous driver) Well low and behold i get a message that my package would be delivered soon with a link to follow it on the map. Well i did!! It was literally 2 blocks away then not 3 minutes later i get notification that my package couldnt be delivered due to "traffic related issues. I’m not sure what the problem was so I get in my car and drive in the direction where it showed on the map.. Guess what NO TRAFFIC ISSUE!! So I called again. The agent told me that she didn't see anything in the notes about any traffic issue she asked me about my gate code (again I've provided it several times as well as my phone number to call if any problems). At this point I don't think I'll get my packages but I definitely will never EVER use DHL services for anything. Those packages were my daughter and grandkids Christmas gifts over $400 worth of merchandise that no one wants to answer for. It's sad that hard working people can't shop online and trust a company to deliver without the frustration and stress of being scammed.

My package was going to be delivered to my address the next day but I saw per the details that it was already in Little Rock. It was a very time sensitive document. I went to the office, and they had it ready for me. Great service!

DHL will give you the worst service you have ever experienced. The service is absolutely horrible and isn’t recommend for anyone. 2 “missed deliveries”, 4 phone calls, and 2 days later, I still haven’t received my package or a single missed delivery slip on my door. Even though i’ve confirmed my address 3 times, I’m not sure if they have the right one. I’m also not sure if i’m ever going to get my package. I spoke with a Lady who was very kind and actually seemed like she was concerned and trying to help three of the times I called, but the fourth time i called a man with an attitude and horrible interruption problem and answered and that phone call ended in tears. I leave for my trip first thing tomorrow morning and I’ll probably have to wear jeans to the beach.
