They dropped and broke my two year old large capacity LG washing machine and never took ownership of their mistake. Two of the workers told me they were injured and it would have taken less time and cost me less but they had injuries. I used them twice won’t use them a third time.

Soon after the March 31, 2023 tornado, Brandon Moving and Storage came and moved all of our furniture and belongings that were not damaged,to their storage location in Maumelle. They stored it in their climate controlled location until just recently on March 19, 2024; they moved our furniture and belongings to our new location in Cabot. Brandon Moving company was the best. In not only getting us into storage for almost a year, back in March of 2023.but delivered to us this March on
time and did an excellent job at keeping the pace going. The main guys doing the
heavy lifting, Malik and Jake, were so
careful and concerned about being careful with every piece of furniture and
every box to insure our walls or the furniture or boxes weren't rubbing against the walls or scratching anything.
We were really impressed that they treated our stuff like it was their own.
They made us feel really great about having chosen them from day 1 until the end. They even went out of their way to
purchase a new platform bed frame because we couldn't find part of one of our beds. They even sent Malik who
we knew and trusted to bring it over and set it up the very next day which was today. They also arranged all reconnection of our appliances like washer dryer refrigerator etc.
The service was great and the office
folks Stephanie and Chase made us
feel comfortable the entire time.
Their prices are great and affordable.
Their knowledge of their business is
outstanding. They treated us every
step of the way like we mattered to them as customers. My husband and I will give
them our business again happily.
Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with the movers Morgan, Johnny and Carlos. On November 17th 2023 we were scheduled to move between 8-9 am. I got a notification call they were on the way. The arrived on time and got right to work. The handled our belongings with care. We had no damage to our furniture and everything was done in a timely fashion. They should change the name of the company to uneventful movers. Seriously. We had them move several trucks worth of stuff and they didn’t drop a single item or break a single family heirloom. I’m fact, the entire move went super smooth and boring. I’d say you should use their services only if you want a super smooth move and if you want to keep your stuff safe.

Horrible experience!!! I highly suggest looking elsewhere for your moving and storage needs. I hired this company to move and store my belongings and we scheduled to have this done two days before we had to be out of the house. I called and talked to them the day before to verify that they would be there and everything was set to go. The morning of the move I got a phone call that said they forgot to turn in my order and they would not be able to move me out at all. I talked to the owner and booking manager and they would not help me at all. I had a copy of all the paperwork and messages from the company that said they would be there to get the job done. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever been through. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save yourself the headache of dealing with this type of service.

I am beyond impressed with this company. They made moving seamless and didn't damage a single thing. The crew had a great attitude and was very communicative. At the end of the move, my price was also less than the quote due to them moving so quickly. I would highly reccomend them for moving. Thank you for your attention to detail!
