I had a pleasant buying experience at this dealership. I inquired about a vehicle online and did most of the process using that method. Terri was extremely helpful, provided everything I needed, and answered all of my questions. They were not pushy and did not rush me at all through the process. If I was looking for a vehicle, I would go back here.

I have always been shown courtesy and kindness every time I bring my car in for my oil change or my tire rotations, the workers here are very friendly, and if I had any questions, they were always very informative and, explained everything. Great job to everybody and thanks for all of your hard work it's much appreciated!

The staff was very polite. But I got home and looked at my paper work and I feel they ripped me off. The loan was twice as much as vehicle and I had a trade in. The finance manager talked about everything but the finance and got my attention and I didn't ask I thought he was a a good person not thief. Read all PRINT. Will not trade with them again.

It is one thing to get a great review from your customers but an entirely different level to get a great review from a fellow Dealer, we are a Buick GMC dealer in Tyler and had a customer of ours having an issue with their vehicle and was close to George Kell Motors. Dean Sides the owner went above and beyond to keep our customer on the road. If Dean handles a GMC customer passing by like this, imagine how he must take care of local folks buying from him there in NE Arkansas!!! You make all dealers proud Dean, well done my friend.

Had some rain guards put on and they were so uneven it looked awful. I was so up set had to take it back and have it redone. I can't believe they let it out of the shop looking like that.
