so stopped in around 7 pm. wanted some chicken strips. the bin was low, so I asked if they could drop a basket. no ok then, how about just some chicken, you know. a meal. 2 orders. girl throws some chicken in a box and asks sharply, 'do you want anything else?' yeah, I want a meal. and again she replies in an aggressive fashion, 'well I only have one side.' at this point, I'm done. the level of rudeness is unacceptable. if you are so unwilling to provide, even the most basic level of customer service to every customer, then perhaps a job in the service industry is not for you.
