The manager at the morrilton business 9 refuses to scan phone barcodes for an app that allows dollar general specifically to load netspend cards and PayPal accounts from the PayPal app. Will recommend to remove this character from the franchise. Will recommend other franchises like Walmart, CVS, Walgreens..
