I was in a pinch. They came out to the shop on a Saturday afternoon (while closed) and patched two tires and remounted my spare for me and charged very reasonable prices. Got me back on the road. Friendly folks to boot!

The BEST shop around hands down! Always able to fit you in, and always willing to go above and beyond for you to keep you and your family safe! Always the first one I call if I simply have a question about a weird noise or feeling or if I need any work done :)

My first time to visit Rileys. They were very prompt and had my truck in and out. Just needed a front-end alignment truck is driving straight like it is supposed to.

This place might be okay for tires, oil changes and batteries. If you need actual repairs, go somewhere else. While on a family vacation, my son in laws car broke down. It needed new oxygen sensors and was running terribly. We took it to this shop and was told that they could do the work. They couldn't.After removing part of the exhaust system, the "mechanic" stripped the threads on one of the exhaust manifolds. They said that they would need a tap and die set to attempt to rethread the manifold. They didn't have one and would would take another day to get it. At this point we are three days into a reasonably minor, less than one day repair. My son in law had the good sense to pull the plug on the job and paid this people what he owed them. His dad drove four hours to tow the car back home, another four hours. The mechanic here said that, in addition to the four oxygen sensors he had purchased, he would need to replace the exhaust manifold that Riley's Tire and Lube messed up, that's another $250.00+. We go to the Buffalo River area a lot. Needless to say, we will never go back to Riley's Tire and Lube.If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

This shop is nothing more than a parts changer they have no idea how to find issues. They keep replacing parts and hoping it finally fixes it. Spent $1200 on fixing brakes that took 2 different times at the shop and kept the car for over a month each time. Not the way to do business. Take your business elsewhere!
