Maybe I'm just blessed, but I have consistently received good service and enjoyed a cordial relationship with the Walgreens pharmacy staff. I've enjoyed very reasonable copays, although granted, have solid insurance, as well. I fill four different meds through this pharmacy, and two more which are PRN (as needed). Blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds and prescription Aleve are among those. I really don't ever pay much out of pocket for any of these, like a couple bucks. One of their pharmacists, Will, has given me my flu shot now two years in a row. I didn't pay for that, my insurance did. The techs are quick and friendly, for instance as soon as Rashad sees me walking toward the counter and he's already pulling my refills. They're always friendly and quick, and their prices have always been reasonable.

Maybe over worked, untrained or whatever but always slow and condescending. People need to be trained in proper customer service. As a last resort we came here and ended up just waiting for another pharmacy. Never seen people so uncaring.

Ordered a photo canvas for a friend, and I lived about 30 minutes away. They said it would be ready by 6:30 pm so I showed up at 6:40 and the girl hadn't even started working on it. Instead of going back home I waited around for another hour so I wouldn't waste gas going back home and back to Walgreens, and went in after an hour and she still hadn't finished it. I got it after waiting for 2 hours and it was awfully done. The canvas wasn't stretched out it was wrinkled around the edge and they didn't pop one piece in so my friend had to do it for me. I didn't want to wait around for another 2 hours to get it fixed and I needed the gift by the next day so I just took it and left. Very disappointed and upset with the way they handled the situation and how poorly the job was done, and the fact that they gave me the canvas knowing well enough that it was done poorly.

I only use this pharmacy today because it's the only thing open after 6PM. They are unacceptably slow! The staff is RUDE!! It might be different if you didn't sit and watch them play on their phones and talk to each other instead of filling our scripts. I work for the hospital and a surgeon and I tell ALL our patients to avoid this place because of their horrible service

I would give it a 0 if it would let me. The pharmacy is slow and customer service people are rude. Will not go back nor do I recommend.

I recently refilled an antibiotic there. Paid close to $75.00 for it. Had to have it that day for my son who resently had a heart transplant & was out of slots to pay for it. Right after this he returned to the doctor a couple of days later & needed a prescription for antibiotic cream. WalGreens quoted $189.00. I called Heartland Pharmacy in Little Rock & was quoted $36.00 for the same prescription & they mailed it to us. I asked Heartland Pharmacy what they would have charged for the $75.00 antibiotic precription. They quoted $12.36 to me. Wow, I went back to WalGreens & asked why. They stated it might be due to different manufacturers.??? I gave them 1 star because they could not answer a simple question & they don't offer -☆'s. I encourge everyone to call Heartland Pharmacy or any other phamacy of you choice. Shop around. This wasn't written to promoting Heartland Pharmacy. I wrote it because I feel like WalGreens lied to me because I was paying cash. This is just my opinion. They did not even offer to see if they made a generic brand on either of the prescriptions. So I feel WalGreens in Malvern, Arkansas is responsible for this review being negative.
