I was so happy they took my air leak concerns serious. The only reason I didn't stay for service was because freightliner closed for the weekend. But they came out to the truck and crawled under my truck right in the lot. Its an older lot so it seems like a valuable waste dumping ground. But remember drivers, be nice to these guys because they sure are nice to you!

Owner ops that leave their truck here, BEWARE!!!! I had left my truck for an extended time to get my transmission replaced. Came back to find my truck has been parked outside for weeks on end with the window left open. Transmission work seems to be fine. I only had to plug in the air line for the high side gears and fix an air line that was ripped out of a drive axle air bag. During that fix I found my entire tool bag was gone and missing. Went to another shop to get what I needed to fix it. After that I found a few other odd missing items. 1 was a body pillow 2 was my mini shop vac 3 was my fan in the sleeper 4 was my air line to air my tires. Called the shop to let them know that someone there has sticky fingers. My truck is the Autism theme Peterbilt.

They came out for a road call and got my off the side of the highway and back to their shop to work on my trailer seal leak. Professional all the way around and very nice people! It was definitely a nice change of pace from the other shops I've been to. Highly recommend!

Mike is a great guy to work with. Inspected our truck a few days ago for a loss of power and his attitude was nothing but excellent. We will definitely be looking for him next time we need any repair in the Malvern area.
