I was traveling from Wisconsin to Texas when our alternator decided to fail at 1:30 am luckily, we had enough battery to get to the Malvern Walmart before the car completely died
Seeing that it was late and nothing was open at 1:30 in the morning. We had to sit in the parking lot until 7:30 when AutoZone opened up order the part and the young lady behind the phone After hearing my story was very helpful and being able to deliver the parts to the Walmart parking lot That’s what I call customer service going over and beyond for a customer specially, when seeing that customer is from out of state and broken down can’t say the same for Napa or O’Reilly‘s which is in the same town which they refused to drop off the part for us, even when it was a emergency

Great sevice from the two gentlemen in the evening, (sorry I didn’t get their names), but they helped me scan my truck for a check engine light which led me to buy the fuel filter and a tool that they let me borrow at first. Thank 3-17-2024
