Thursday is our usual trash pick-up day, but they came today bc of the holiday this week. I forgot to put the bin out. They took the time to grab it from the side of the house in order to empty it. I’ve never had a trash service take the time to do that!

I guess it could be some weird practice I don’t know anything about but these kids consistently kick my trash can over and one time pushed it over into the ditch. I have witnessed it from my living room so I know it’s them doing it. Do your employees need anger management? I guess it’s better it’s trash cans and not people. So unprofessional.

Absolutely love Roberts. We totally forgot to push our trash can to the front after dealing with a sick kid most of the week. My husband rushed outside in a panic after hearing the truck only find that the can had already been emptied. Never have I ever had a trash service that thoughtful and proactive.

I’ve been a customer for a year and they’ve always been kind and taken extra trash bags or boxes here in there. However, this morning I knew that I forgot to take my can to the curb. I ran out of the garage, putting my shirt on and by the time I had it pulled over I realized that they had walked up to my house and wheeled my can out to the curb for me. I’ve never had another service do that. It’s greatly appreciated that they went the extra mile.

Good price but will not always come. Our driver has now lied for the 3rd time saying our cab wasn't out, despite the fact we have video of putting it out that AM. Inconsistent service and they don't make it right when it's their mistake, you just have to wait until the next week. The bill always seems to come out on time though...

This company totally earned 5 stars from me. With Halloween being yesterday I totally forgot to bring the trash to the road. I hear them pull up this morning and think "oh no" as I remember I didn't take it out ...well the young man ran up my driveway and got my trash can for me. Thank you for going the extra mile for us forgetful mommas. Great company. ?

We were charged for a trash can we had canceled the previous month. We call to discuss what the issue was and we get yelled at for wanting to pay correct amount and not an extra $10 for a can we haven’t had in almost a month now.

The absolute best service! Since working from home, I often forget the day of the week and will forget to bring my trash out. I'll hear the trash truck drive by and scramble to get it out. Without fail, the truck is on the road waiting for me to bring my trash out. More than once, he has been up the street and reversed to come pick it up. I will never use another service as long as I'm within their network!
