If i could give 0 stars i would. Any packages that come out of this center don't get delivered to the right address then you can't get ahold of anyone to talk to about it. The workers do not do their jobs! I'd stay away of fedex

They are terrible. My past couple of packages have been delivered to the wrong address. There's no excuse with Google maps and today's technology. Never have a problem with Amazon or UPS.

This is the worst experience I've been through. My package has been out for delivery and retured to the shipping location for 4 days straight. I would recommend to never us FEDEX for important items. They has very poor customer service. The driver will never finish his/her route. When you call the location customer service, they will give you the run arounds. They first tell you, your package will be delivered by the end of the day. At the end of the day, they will tell you it would be delivered tomorrow and you cannot request to pick it up at a location because I it scheduled to be delivered tomorrow between 10AM and 2:30PM. After 2:30PM, they would say give them until the end of the day. At the end of the day, then you still can't request to put it up the next day. If you have any other shipping carrier in your general area, I would recommend you use them.

I'm so damn mad at FedEx you can't talk to a person they're automated system absolutely will not let you talk to a person so their time must be too invaluable to answer your damn phone

Needed my mattress today, driver dropped off a package that belonged across town and took off before I could even get to the door.
Then I get a text notification saying they tried to deliver (they did not, we have a Ring cam on the driveway), so I guess I'm to blame, even though a signature was not required and we made sure someone was at home all day anyway. And since their customer service is terrible, calling a rep did nothing for me.

This company is full of lying employees. They said they did not deliver my product because the location is closed. liars, the location is a hotel and it is open 24/7

Delivery driver failed to deliver and updated delivery that customer was not home. No signature was required and I have been home all day. My security cameras also show no one has been to my house all day. FedEx has a reputation in my area for delivering to the wrong house and customers have to use social media to attempt to locate packages.

Called customer service about package being delivered opened. Wanted them to check with Driver to see if he delivered that way or if someone took off porch opened and saw it was diabetic supplies and returned. Was supposed to call me back or email me and still haven't heard anything.
