Jb hunt is not the same anymore. I start as driver with jb hunt in 2020. In worked my self out tell now. Now I am running over 30 trucks as owner operator out of Michigan. But sadly now they will terminate contracts over drivers going 5 over speed limit. And they will wait till he gets far away from home then terminate his contract. Managers will not give the drivers the respect they deserve anymore. Except Amanda, still doing her amazing. Work, by answering all the drivers questions In trying to help them. I really wanted to keep growing with jb hunt in hauling , everything out of Michigan for them. My plan was to add 10 trucks every month. But after what they did today. I think it’s time for us to find the right company to grow with. That will pay on time after Driver Drop off a load. Then having to keep calling every day to get paid for load they forgot to pay for. I think this company needs a better management. And workers that really care about their job.because I really put a lot of work in effort. And to get this back in return. I fell like we wasted our time with wrong company.

Like most places, some good and some bad. Still glad to have them in NWA, they are one of the big companies that make this a great place to live. As with most companies - there are vast areas of improvement needed before you can be considered GREAT.

I’ve been working for the JB Hunt as an independent contractor almost 5years and just want to thank for great and honest service they are providing!Once I had to change my job the company returned me back all the deposits in full.

JB hunt is holding my company as a hostage. They keep changing our delivery appointment for already a week, and don't pay us anything. our business is going bankrupt because of JB hunt. No way to reach management. Please stay away from working with JB hunt at any cost.

Delivery workers were kind and jovial. They were quick, but thorough and had my couch out of the truck, unboxed, assembled and all clean up done in less than 20 minutes. Awesome experience with kind people.

Unfortunately there is no option 0 star ! The most unprofessional managers I ever met and Misty Turner is number 1 in the list ! lie is her credo. She lies like breathing ! I strongly do not recommend to have any business with JB Hunt !

Great service. The delivery was not easy as the item was too big for the elevator. They carried it up a flight of stairs and got it inside in perfect condition. Very professional!

Ify was incredibly skilled at maneuvering around our very small (built 1964) house/hallways/spaces with low ceilings. When it looked like there was no way the couch could clear the final turn into the bedroom, we removed a couple of facing doors, and he and Angel then managed the impossible. We are so grateful to them both.

First they had me add some items to my insurance which doubled it to 2400 a month then told me to stay in the Chicago area for a better load so they cost me about 3 to 4000 then told me I can't haul for them because of some kind of security issue and they won't tell me what it's all about the guy on the phone was a real jerk. The onboarding protocols are completely backwards and cost me a lot of downtime and a lot of money I should take them to small claims court for this. I probably will.
