It’s been over 2 weeks after getting trash can and getting service set up and still no pick up ??? I have called several times and trash truck refuses to come down my street and pick up my trash and the neighbors trash as well. So I’m canceling service. I’m not gonna pay them money and them not pick up my trash

Consistent trash pickup, however, damage to yard by truck drivers and slow to replace damaged containers, which are damaged by drivers during unloading.

They have missed our last 2 pick ups, called them this morning at 830 they said they were 10 stops away. Called them again at near 1, they claim they are still 10 stops away. I pay for 2 pick ups a week and am lucky to get 1 if any . If I could find another trash service I would use them instead.
