The pharmacy is very understaffed currently. Customer service is awful. Dropped off a FedEx package that was time sensitive and it was somehow lost.

once again Walgreens at markham and bowman has shown that the customers are secondary and i am sure they feel as if they are doing us a favor by being open. this is truly a very poor pharmacy. long lines due to a incompetent staff. pharmacist is very deliberately slow. clerks are not trained and have to ask the pharmacist even the most simple question. i did not get my prescription filled today and will use a local owned pharmacy in the future. You FAILED. again walgreens. you should close your store if this is the best you can do.

Friendly employees - the new Manager, Clifton, is very welcoming when customers enter the store as well. All around great experience - well - except coke this one time - but by the time I got back to tell Clifton, he had already addressed it.

they are inept when testing for for covid. we were disallowed to fly because they didn't know what they were doing. hope no one else has their Christmas plans ruined

Asked the pharmacy for SEVERE COLD AND FLU NIGHTTIME COUGH SYRUP AND SHE GAVE ME non drowsy daytime. And now my sick a** has to go back up there. Go her for being d*** when I said exactly what I needed.
