The woman in the Picture center is so rude, she looks to me like with a really bad face and get in to a door and never come back, that's was very disrespectful, if customer services is not for you go work to somewhere else. Her name is Groenet something like that.

They took 2 hours to fill my prescription. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion. 5 ppl working in the pharmacy and they can’t fill two bottles…………………………..hm

Micheal in the pharmacy was super rude and uncooperative, after leaving the minor er i called to check on my medication and he informed me it would be about 30 minutes to an hour before it was ready. waited about 45 minutes before calling back and he rudely stated that me calling was just slowing them down after waiting another hour i drove down to location where he told me the doctor didnt send the medication i asked for and it would still be another 40 minutes i rushed back to the minor er i went to and he showed me the script he sent over nearly 3 hours ago he went ahead and called in the script the next morning i came to pick up and he once again said it wasnt there and to check with the doctors, so i did and came back an hour later and behold it was there; no organization either 20 minutes with them scattering around moving buckets looking for it. ive never had such a terrible experience for something so simple.....

Michael was terrible to me. I was extremely nice on the phone, and he was the exact opposite. He got mad at me for checking in on my prescription after HE told me to give them a call back after an hour... When I called back (AFTER THAT HOUR), he said, "you know.. asking about your medication leads to your order taking to longer to be filled." Ridiculous! He also said my medicine was never called in when it in fact was. The minor ER I went to said that this store does this often.

Never in my life have I seen lazier and unorganized workers. Bring a chair because you’ll be here for over an hour trying to buy chips and a Dr Pepper.Don’t get me started on the pharmacy wait time.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes, both lines wrapped around the building. Had to leave since the line didn’t move at all. Went back early in the day next day. Waited at the window only to not be acknowledged by the guy inside the pharmacy who couldn’t even bother to look back. After 7 minutes I left. If you value your time send your prescriptions elsewhere.

They really need someone to answer the phone in the pharmacy I waited for over a half an hour listening to we are Sorry but our staff is answering other phone calls, every 15 seconds. Supposedly there was only two other people ahead of me and then I was the only one for 10 minutes before I hung up.I find it hard to believe.

The pharmacy canceled a prescription I had for my daughter and did not tell me. Then when I called to ask why, I was put on hold for over ten minutes and people would keep picking up the phone and just putting it back on hold. We will be switching pharmacies.
