They continue to go up on the fees. They are never accommodating when it's their mess up.They say the bill is due on the 5th of the month but cut your access off on the 2nd or 3rd of the month. Last Christmas the lights were out for over a week during Christmas. Toys were in my storage for my kids and they did nothing about it. And still charged the full price on rent. The lights never work above my storage unit..

WOW is all I can say! The management here is the best in its class! Marsha Womack is absolutely amazing! She made me feel like family as soon as we met. The place is clean and the staff goes above and beyond! Thanks Marsha for making this move such a painless experience! I will never use another storage company besides this one! I hope the owner of this facility knows how much of a jewel they have managing this place!

Marsha is the best Clean storage great management! Rate increases are getting expensive though and I really don't want to have to move all my stuff somewhere else
